Wow Dude,i built the original Dumas hot shot with k&b motor,3,5cc From the 80ds,so i kept the plans ,in hops to build it again, K&B still have the motors,,tks for sharing,,,,
Building one now , Running KB lower Leopard 3636 2050 kv on 3 c to start 150 fly color esc Radio Link 6 receiver. thanks for all the info and build videos
Sonny Cook....let me see what I have in pics...as of to date....all the Tunnel boats have been sold...and went to some nice owners ....the newest craze I'm servo mounting is a single high torque mounted as close as possible in the rear area ...I built many of the new Zippkits 3.5 tunnels and this worked very well with no adverse side effects...I will add pics on the Intlwaters site to show you
Im from the same era of boat racing in the 80's, and seeing the young guns making a dogs dinner out of running fast hulls, did you ever get this on the water ? as im thinking of moulding something a bit different and a cat would get me off my rigger only stint .Regards Paul in the UK.

Yes...I did get it in the water...and raced it for a season....then a fellow boater wanted to buy it...so....off it went...
