Hello Pineapples!
12 Weeks has come and gone!! This week, I was plagued by a gnarly stomach bug, which took me out of the game for the first half of the week. Due to severe weather on Sunday, I was forced to do my long run after a full 8 hour work day. This week was trying, to say the least; however, I received some really good advice that I share with you. PLUS, I also share one of my favorite instant pot recipes!
