The perfect class for those days when you can’t decide what kind of workout you feel like doing. This puppy has a little bit of everything… cardio, core, upper and lower body, and the class flys by. For those who don’t like repeats, no worries… Chris gives options for most moves so you can just switch it up for the second round! Don’t have a bench, no worries… all the moves can be adapted to the floor! Great class Chris… thanks! 😻

I don't know who that person was that used to do additional rounds after the class was over. If this was a 45 minute class with three rounds, I'd follow you, but motivating to do that on my own? I don't know where that person went. Anyway, great solid 30 minute workout that felt like a 60 minute workout!
