Thank you for this short review! I own a BB58 myself and was worried that this watch might wear a lot bigger on the wrist. The problem now is that I have no more excuses to not order it... :)
Got my ice blue on Saturday and the watch is beautifully crafted . Perfectly balanced and feels so light and uniformed on wrist . Ice blue dosent really handle light well though . Think the colour is just too light and looks really washed out and mottled in a lot of lights . Looks as if the darker colours handle light better . Nonetheless still a great watch
Has mine for just over a week now - same colours as your one here. It’s certainly my favourite and I can see it being the watch I reach for more often than not
Nice to see the watch, looks even better than I imagined. I have to say you really dodged a bullet removing the wrapper though. The is a small tab at each end, and they aren’t easy to find, but better that than messing up such a great watch 😉 And perhaps move your hands more slowly, as it wasn’t a comfortable watch, no pun intended! Just constructive feedback, hope you don’t mind. Congrats on your first CW, I suspect it won’t be your last, as a proud owner of a number of CW pieces myself. Good luck with the channel. 👍🏾
Very nice! I think you chose the right colour.....and, just a personal preference, the steel over the titanium is what I would choose anyway even having budget for the latter.

Great comprehensive video. This is the colour dial I'm leaning towards, but online footage can be off. Is it a lighter or darker blue? Is the video footage true to colour? Much appreciated.
Having owned the tissot prx and now this watch, would you say that both can exist in a collection or one is enough? I currently own the blue prx p80. Also, which do you think looks and feels better? Thanks. Great review. The knife part was scary 😂
I own both and the Cw is a much more refined piece on wrist . The prx 40 because of the very broad bracelet and wide lugs looks bigger and not everyone likes this . Nonetheless prx is great at the price but think there’s no question the Cw is a notch above .
How do you feel about the watch now that you've had it for several months? The 12 is on my radar for my next watch, but it's painful to have to cough up the extra $300 or so due to taxes and export fees to the US. Even at $1500, it's still a very desirable watch.
So, I've now seen this steel/blue version in person now...someone at work. It really is nice actually. One thing I've noticed is that the watch must be a total nightmare to photograph because none of the images on the CW website do it justice. I think this video gives a better representation also....
Most brands do a shoddy job of photographing watches, no exception here. My basic s23 pics are (if I say so myself) way better than the cw website stock images
Congrats on the watch! Enjoy it. Do you know the measurements of the watch including the first end link? PRX 40mm too big for me because of that fixed end link, hoping this watch isnt the same!
Use the sharp edge of the blade if you're going to try ! Prx chrono is better...yes a different category as chrono but valjoux 7750 with 58hours power reserve beats 38 hours. Prx chrono weighs a solid 186 grams. Cw is very lightweight at 136gms. If you can pull off the prx chrono sizewise of course as it is bigger. Should not have put name on clasp.
The PRX is not a chronometer, secondly the Powermatic Sillicum cannot be regulated or repaired by a watchmaker, it has to go to Tissot where they just put a new movement into it. The Ballade is the only COSC movement watch they produce. If you're talking about chronographs then you're comparing apples with oranges.
Hey Geoff! It looks like the end links do bend on this watch, which was the reason I couldn’t fit in the PRX. Could you just confirm that and maybe let me know what you think of their flexibility?
Yeah it is better but the prx is very decent . Owning both I think the ice blue dial on the prx is better it handles light much better than the Cw which looks very washed out uneven color and a bit mottled in certain lights .
