The 12 is a better watch but not a PRX killer; for a different customer I believe. Love what CW does and have several models near the top of my wish list, just not this one. Thanks Harrison!
Not the end for the PRX as it is at a different price point to the 12 & that difference will mean a lot of of people will still go for the Tissot. Basically there is room for both at their different price points & both are quality for their potential customers.

I have two PRX chronographs which I love but the Twelve is just different. I walked into a watch and jewelry boutique in Dubai recently and the store assistant said-“wow is that a Czapek?” I can’t wait to see what other colours CW bring out for the steel version.

Have it. Love it. Gorgeous light play on dial, case and bracelet - mesmerising in the sun. Exceeded expectation. Shame they don't use the AD route to show off their wares locally, but their returns policy is excellent. Was thinking of a PRX but went for the 12 instead - no regrets (Did get my Hamilton Khaki recently from CH though as I do value the local AD network and you guys were great too!)
I have the Blue Titanium one, love it. I agree, I also love how CW are honest with about where things come from, what they are about and what they want to do.
Tried on a steel & a Ti last week. The Ti is thin & light enough to be comfortable without a quick adjust clasp. But I want a Ti with ice blue dial and on-the-fly clasp which they don't make, yet.
After you purchase a Christopher Ward, periodically, you are mailed their magazine. I've been getting it in the mail for over two years now. It's well done, looks nice, and printed on thick paper. The magazine also has some interesting stories and updates on new CW products. CW is a class organization.
Buy both! I own the Twelve Titanium (COSC certified) version in blue and when I didn't win the ice blue PRX from you, I purchased the green one. PRX is more office, Twelve is evenings (anything between semi-formal and I may wake up in Vegas).
This is a great piece. For this one I decided to sell my integrated bracelet watches (a Maurice Lacroix Aikon 39, a Tissot PRX 40 quartz and a Citizen Tsuyosa) because in my humble opinion this one has the best characters from them. I already own a CW (a C60 sapphire blue) and every time I wear it I am blown away thinking about the value for money of that watch. Definitely this is one of my favorite brands in the current watch industry.
IMHO when it comes for best value for money, the Tsuyosa is unbeateable, considering you get them on the second market for 180-220 Euros. Also I think the CW is quite comparable to the Tissot PRX PM80 and again, looking at the second market you can even get the Iceblue now for 550-570 Euro. There is no second market prices yet in the EU, so that will determine something in the bear future. However I personally would choose the PRX over the CW purely it being half the price or less as both have mass production clockworks.
I appreciate that mate, this channel has always been about my watch journey and passion for watches in general. I’m really glad CH allow me to do this kind of stuff and film whatever I want!

While I proudly possess esteemed brands such as Omega and Rolex, the CW stands apart in terms of its exceptional value and undeniable quality. Reflecting upon my previous indulgences, I find myself feeling a slight twinge of embarrassment at having spent significantly more on other watches.
How the Twelve could be PRX Powermatic 80 killer when, inside, there are SW 200 or SW300 movements with so little "réserve de marche"? And when they cost way more than PRX cost?

Don’t get me wrong, it’s a beautifully done watch for the price that it is…$700. The CW is unequivocally far more refined than the PRX, which is why it costs double the price. I think they got interesting designs but feel still its a marketing brand instead of quality. If I sleep night over it, I get less excited about it and in the long run I think I regret buying it. I bought upcoming brands like CIGA (what won GPHG challenge award) what does marketing but more focus on design and story telling. Not saying its better but its less in your face and pretending/trying to join a certain club and more focused on producing a awesome watch. But it might be me.

As much I appreciate your review. I’m still got a scratch in my mind what percentage of CW marketing budget flowed to your wallet. No offense UA-cam is a business model.
