After coming from intense weightlifting and running training for many years, I didn't expect this to be so challenging! But doing videos 5&6 every morning leaves my body feeling like jello (in a good way!). Thanks again for such wonderful teaching.

A great, humble and very sensitive Teacher. This is what comprehension ( cum-prehedere ) IS. Thank you sincerely for now, and as soon as I'll be able to ( due to some life circumstances I cannot in the very present moment, but I will shortly ) I'll get the extra resources from your website! Be blessed! Om Namah Shivaya

Dhanyavaada Jason Mahodaya 🙏. Youare showing the postures for beginners instead of just going to the final pose. much appreciated.

It is some days that I do standing postures with this lesson and today I've just understood how grateful I am that we don't do chaturanga as much as it meant to be in seating postures. For now, all standing postures plus this light variation is my maximum, I have the feeling that one chaturanga more and I would have cracked XD But like this it's perfect: this practice still challenges me but also gives me the feeling of calmness and gives me the possibility at least to have a taste of what sitting postures are.

It is just 15 additional minutes of actual practice, and there are sitting postures and you go very easy un us. So, when I gave a look at a lesson, it didn't seem much difficult and I decided to try the mix of lessons 5 and 6. And yes, I enjoyed it but oh my, you can feel these 15 minutes! For now, I'm going to stick to 5+6 😅.
This lesson doesn't seem difficult but even these trying to lift up parts even without actually lifting up consume quite a lot of energy, who could have told that! 😂
Thank you for doing Ashtanga available, without such step-by-step guidance it would be difficult to stick to the practice without feeling not being capable to keep up to the level.
