Moving through quickly here as I found lesson 6 fairly easy. Great lesson again! I find myself having to get up earlier and earlier in the morning to be able to do the whole thing daily as it gets longer 😄
Today is the 1st of January and it felt appropriate to move on and to try for the first time 5+7 combination. It went amazingly smoothly. Jason is very good at building up practice step by step indeed. After doing the 5+6 combination for a week or so, 5+7 didn't seem difficult at all. And in general, I wonder, how years of practicing Ashtanga can influence our bodies. I mean, I do it for 3 weeks only and I already feel much more at ease in some postures which were really quite a big challenge for me at the start. If I see changes so fast already, cannot even imagine how dedicated practice for years can benefit physical and phycological health. Thank you another time, Jason, I will never get tired of saying this.
