Such an undervalued series!!! I started with lesson 3 because I was doing already sun salutations with another teacher for one week. I'm doing yoga for 10 months on a daily basis and got curious about Ashtanga just 10 days ago or so. I found this lesson quite fit for my level. I can push further but why should I if I can just listen to my body and progress step by step? I think to stick to this lesson for some days before proceeding with lesson 4. Very grateful for all explanations and effort you put into those videos. Namaste!
