Oh dear Nina....I hope you feel better soon! I guess all the travelling and change of weather and not enough rest always affect our bodies. They happened to me after my Greece trip even with the supplements I took everyday. Have a speedy recovery Nina... sending you lots of love! ❤
Hope you get better soon, Nina. Do you think you got sick after your vacations because of the change in temperature? I am lucky and only get real sick once a year for a couple of weeks. I don't take vitamins or supplements. I just believe in getting your vitamins from foods.
Oh wow Nina, what an ordeal! Hope you get better soon. Sometimes your body needs lots of rest. Definitely take extra vitamin C. I heard bone broth is excellent for your immune system and gut health, inflammation too. Also I don’t know if you heard of Mushroom coffee and Mushroom Matcha from Ryze. It’s supposed to be good for gut health, immune system and give you energy without the caffeine of a cup of coffee. I see this a lot on FB, Instagram. I should get mine in 2 weeks. I’ll try it for my gut health. I get bloating a bit in my stomach. I ordered it on Amazon. They have it on the RYZE website too. Hope this helps you too. Feel better soon! See You soon! ❤😊

It’s good for energy, stress relief, focus, immune support, healthy digestion and oxidative stress. There are 6 mushrooms in this blend of Coffee. Cordyceps, Reishi, loins mane, Shiitake, Turkey Tail, king Trumpet. You can use your favorite coffee creamer. Or have it iced as well.
