As creepy as she is, the moment I saw the skull hairpin I thought of The Nightmare Before Christmas, and now all I can imagine is this mutant as a Hot Topic employee being forced to wear the merch and quietly dying inside.

I like to imagine that she's busy removing fingerprints from hands and filing teeth down from decapitated heads while her brother does the majority of the heavy duty stuff. You know, just the small things to dispose of the evidence on the off-hand someone enters the truck.

Great ideas i think the turtle would be a kid bigger than the rest and bat would be small
I think he already intelligence power with Otto, the raccoon guide
Maybe a cat guide?
She was a victim of the seamstress but survived after being saved by one of the other guides. However she was still somewhat accessed by the entity through the seamstress, and partially transformed. This ‘gifted’ her with a tail which she uses to pounce and balance. She now follows the seamstress playing with and unpicking the thread of souls, like a real life cat and a ball of yarn, setting them free to return to their physical bodies. This is why the seamstress has to constantly check her thread to make sure none of the souls are set free. She is playful and approachable in nature but can become very vicious when necessary, usually when fending off the seamstress as the cat guide spends a great deal of time watching over those who live alone. As these people are usually adults, the cat guide isn’t held in the fondest regards of the nanny either. The cat guide would be a young girl, similar in age to Otto and would wear knitted clothes made from the red string left behind by the seamstress as a means of reminding her of her purpose and to keep the memory of the victims alive.

I had an idea for a mutant! I called them the Musician and they would be found lurking around mainly in theaters, concert halls, civic centers, basically anywhere music or concerts are performed. The Musician used to be someone proud of their music but lately has become unsatisfied and gone to madness trying to create the perfect piece. They're tall and spindly having the ability to fold themself into instrument cases to hide from their prey before striking unexpectedly. They also have the ability to extract or steal the voices of their prey to add to their collection of sounds in hopes of creating the best symphony or choir for their piece. I definitely took inspiration from Ursula for this character haha!

The Ice Cream Man looks unsettling in his own way, but Murda really looks like she would be calculatingly cruel and be plotting behind her brother's back. You've really upped the nasty on her. For me, this sculpture looks like a nightmare version of an awful high school teacher. Like she doesn't care about what you're going through or struggling with, only maintaining her power over you and handing out punishments for no reason just so she can exert her power.

Idea: The Feeble Mother; a 2nd level mutant who was murdered during her pregnancy by a person who tricked her into letting them in her home. Now, as a mutant she wonders around acting as if she needs shelter due to her ‘pregnancy’ once they let her into their home she murders them and eats them.
(You might’ve seen this comment before, I had a change of names for her)

Honestly, I love this series, and Murda looks really cool, but I find that I like some of the other things you do too. I think it would be cool if you did some fantasy type of sculptures. That being said, now I'm wondering if The Entity is maybe two people. You have one that targets people who are absolutely terrible individuals, twisting their appearances to what lies in their hearts and taking away their humanity as punishment for what they've done, and then you have one that targets children, and good people, like The Nanny before she was turned. That's where my thoughts are going with this anyway. Great video! Speaking of the Nanny, it would be great to learn a little more about her.

Very cool. From the lore I kinda pictured her wearing a scolds bridle that had semi fused to her head, like this was her punishment and the ice cream mans reward

I love Murda and Albert. They're very simple yet ominous. And I love the way her design isn't too over the top, rather, her head is mostly the grotesque part; simply reflecting a grueling and morbid mind made physically apparent.

By far my favourite of your mutants. There's something captivating about her deceptively simple backstory and overall aesthetic. Especially hearing how she seems to have no powers of her own despite being a mutant, or is unable to tap into any power due to being subjugated by the entity and her brother. I seriously hope to see more of her in the future, as well as others in this series.
Since Murda doesn't have multi-location abilities, does this mean she's always with a copy of Albert or his original version? O.O

Mutant idea -The Wallow
The wallow is a weird specimen he doesn’t have a real form but he takes the form of a mutant crab type beast he is up with the Mother and the Mantis he is actually one of the Mothers Creatures and by far the most intelligent it has all the features of the Thing from the movie but he doesn’t assimilate he copy’s every time he kills some one a peace of him comes off a grows in to the killed victim and then that copy goes to more people and then more and more copying this thing took out a whole town in Russia but the military found out it’s weakness acid they killed it but one finger crawled it’s way in to a sewer and grew back in the it self and now the urban legend of the Валяться (wallow in Russian) was born scouring the sewers and can attack a any moment at any time to strike….
I love the suggestion that mutants are still driven by emotions and connections from their human lives. Does the Ice Cream Man keep her around out of revenge or a twisted form of love?

I imagine that Murda secretly curses her existence as a mutant, while Albert is happy to have someone he can talk to about ice-cream trivia while he works. Avocadan, the Chef, may be Ice-Cream Man's best friend, but he never leaves the kitchen, and it gets lonely out on the road...

My only gripe is the suspenders hugging her chest like that. Unless it's some kind of latex, cloth just doesn't work like that. Especially if it's elastic (which many suspenders are).
It could just be a style thing. I don't know anything about these mutants you've been making lately.

Idea: The Cat Lady; A woman was at home when she got murdered by something. Her cats then ate some of her, then she was turned into a mutant. She killed her cats, and you can still see the souls of the cats in her sometimes. The way she kills is by getting cats to do her bidding. If you ever see a cat with a red diamond on their forehead, you need to run, because that is a cat slave of The Cat Lady.

Albert: *prolly thrilled to know he can now torment his sister as she did to him*

Okay honestly someone really need to make a cartoon show out of these characters I swear so good!
What about trudy, the spider guide? She had a romance with claudia, but being gay during their lifetime was a huge crime. Trudy was more the happy and hopeful type of person, while claudia was very afraid. This fear started to take over and weaken her. One day, she was attaced by the entity and turned into the red lady. Shortly after that, the entity attaced trudy, but she knew, she had to fight back, so she was turned into the spider guide. But while she changed, otto came and started fighting the entity with her. Because of that a small part of her identity is still alive and at first she tried to get her old love back, but than she realised, that claudia was dead since the attack of the entity. But She still had a feeling, of where the red lady was, and she had the ability to teleport.Because of that, she specialised on blocking attacs by this mutant. When she arrives to an attackplace, she first ties the red ladys victim up and store them in the farest possible place from the mirror, then she starts fighting against the lady to weaken and force her to get back. After that, she frees the victim and will tell them everything about herself and leaves. Theres a crack in her mask, where one of her eyes and a part of her mouth is vible through. That is because of the little bit of her identety, that was not destroyed.

I don't wanna seem like I'm coming down on you because your creativity is outta this world. But as someone well endowed in the chest area, there's no way those suspenders touch any part of her stomach. Would have been a great spot from some cosclay from the apex of the chest to the belt line.

I stumbled on your videos exactly when I needed them a few weeks ago and I've been meaning to tell you that I've learned SO MUCH just from watching you work, far more than any other sculpting videos I've found so far. I probably would've procrastinated even longer before saying something because, ugh, social anxiety, except you used a technique here that I saw you do in another video before, where you detail the hair in pieces before attaching them to the head, and doing that made a huge difference in what I'm working on now. I've been struggling on a figure whose hair has been aggravating me for DAYS and remembered, "OH! ACE DID THIS DIFFERENTLY!!!" after I noticed you do it again here with Murda. When I did it your way just now, it immediately fixed the problem I was having in getting the shapes right and I'm FINALLY satisfied in where things are going.
SO!! First of all, thank you for posting these videos--I know filming everything and putting it all together has to take a up lot of time you'd probably rather be doing other things, but they are so, so appreciated. And second, thank you for making fun, positive content to look forward to. Even if I weren't into sculpting or immersed in the Nightmare universe you're creating, I'd still want to watch your videos because you're just plain fun. I didn't mean to ramble this long, but I've been meaning to tell you for ages now and the older I get, the more I realize how important it is to tell people when they make a difference in your life, even if we're strangers. Sure, I can like and subscribe (which I totally already have), but that just seems inadequate for all you've taught me so far and how much enjoyment I get from watching you work.
P.S. Murda creeps me RIGHT OUT in the best possible way and I LOOOOOOOVE her tiny, gnarled claw hands in particular. Any plans for a pre-Entity Murda like her brother someday? You've got me intrigued in her as a character and now I'm dying to know what she would've looked like in her human form. Same for The Red Lady, one of my other favorites!! Both of them strike me as vain, self-centered characters, so there's something especially intriguing about them both becoming monsters and what's on the outside coming into alignment with who they are on the inside. I'm dying to know how you picture both of them in their human form, and what they might've looked like before their transformations. Either way, I can't wait to see with what you come up with next.

I think the ice cream man should be the face of the mutant universe.
The ice cream man is a servant to the entity and a behind-the-scenes guy. Because he only cleans up the messes of murders and crimes,and also because the other Mutants are doing the killing and all that while Albert does the "backstage" part.
When ace of clay uploads it makes my day. Thanks Ace.
Sculpture idea: THE ENITIY
something i thought of, what if there was a neutral person in this world, called the blindsider. they wear what looks like a guides mask, that is cracked and taped over. They do carry an old lamp around, that often flickers on from time to time. they are usually harmless but seems to be stuck in between guide and mutant. they dont acknowledge any presence around them, no matter how clear they are, and most mutants dont even percieve them. there is only one mutant that acknowledges their presence, who is the mother, in which they seem to have some sort of relationship with.
they will guide you through the world, down a path that seems pointless until the very end, but wont bother to let you know if you are in danger, so you can only follow them. not much is known about the blindsider, but most people dont even know if they saw them or not, since they arent acknowledged and are usually in the background.
feel free to use my idea in a video, this would be really cool sculpted. ik it might not fit in quite right, but i feel like every world needs more than just the good guys and the bad guys.
Oh! I have been meaning to say this but keep forgetting; If you would like to revisit a beloved older character instead of making a new character concept, I'd really like to see a dynamic pose, the character in a setting that gave them some context or perhaps dishevelled from battle.
The standing pose is great for character design, but I would really like to see one of your characters in a state that tells a story.
If your doing like family, mabye you should do like the steamtress had a daughter / son before she died and now her child helps her?
