I actually enjoy making these longer videos over "shorts".. although saying that, This Vid was VERY rushed as I only got my hands on the actual camera yesterday lol
I wish it had a blurred background 😭 I know it's not possible, but bruh, otherwise it'd be perfect.

They'd sadly need a MUCH bigger sensor to make that possible, which would make it way more expensive!!
If you have a decent GPU ( 2060 and above)
Camera hub software has effects which can fake the background blur though, Which is at least something!

I sadly never owned the original facecam
But ever since it came out ive Heard good things about it!
I'm quite happy with the mk2 so far although I do think it could be improved with a "tint" green/magenta slider
And for some reason it handles REALLY bright blues a bit weird sometimes 😅

I think the ONLY thing that's a LITTLE different is I've added a 2nd Tube light.. the one on the left side of the screen
added that a few months ago though so its not super "new" 🤔

it doesn't have a dedicated "portrait mode" sadly
But you could mount it portrait if you used a tripod or some type of 1/4-20 screw mount..
I had it mounted vertically for my tiktok streams this week using a "Magic Arm" or friction arm
@@ajsarsfield thanks for the reply, if you mount it vertically does it show vertically in the app or is it still landscape an you just have to turn your head to do the settings. (Seems like a daft oversight from a company that claims to be engaged with the streaming community.) Thanks again
