Yayy I’m glad you enjoy the content. Shopping and exploring things to is one of my favorite things to do, so yes, content like that will be coming soon
I say don't move here it is really hot and all of these areas she's touring is not safe unless you don't care about that then its fine but the amount of money is not worth it for the area
These greedy people asking so much for rent….AZ does not pay well no matter what job you have, rent goes up every year, unless you live in debt and show off or have multiple room mates ,you not making.
What about Mesa, AZ? Is it affordable and not too far from everything- shopping centers, schools, hospitals, markets, parks, restaurants etc? Is it safe?
Mesa is nice, depends on which part you are but in my opinion, it is farther away from the main action if you’ll like to be more closer to Phoenix/downtown. But the east valley is a little world of its own with things to do.
“Cheap” is relative to different individuals. Good Apartments in those central areas are not necessarily cheap but feel free to check Zillow or apartments to see the prices in that area. If you’re willing to share an apartment, that may help out with the cost of living in that area.
Thnx 🙂 Would you still recommend these for someone new to PHX and working remote? Do apartments get more expensive during a certain season/month? I know it’s cheaper to move into an apt during the winter on the east coast. Would it make sense to work with a realtor to find an apartment?
Yes I will still recommend these. Yes, to your point. You can use a realtor especially if you plan on working with them in the future; but you don’t need one to find a nice apartment. Definitely see about move in specials. Lots of apartments offer it. You may get a lower rate if you sign a longer lease.
We were in Iowa for school honestly (which is where we met) and ended up staying for work/jobs after college. We got through it because of the friends we had; but we knew we weren’t making Iowa home. I couldn’t take the long winters and really humid summers with not a whole lot of things to do. Leaving definitely increased the quality of life for us for sureeee. We could make a video about this someday. Thank you for asking 😊🙏🏿
The 2 bedroom and the last one were my faves. I really appreciate you making this. Im moving there next month. Thank you again ❤

i’m at Shade at Desert Ridge since 10/2023 and we got a 2b2b for $1890 so price definitely has went down
Seems reasonable for the area, especially with prices going up around the DR/North Scottsdale area.
Wonderful video. New subscriber here
Thank you so much! Glad to have you here. Happy Holidays 🎄🎉

My brother is done with medical school and is a doctor. His 1bd/ 1ba apartment is $1500 with no utilities included.

Is there a high risk of harsh police in Arizona?
What is cheap and best residential home/apartment area in downtown phoenix near to chadefield stadium ?
