One of the best community tour videos I've seen on UA-cam! You were really thorough and appreciated you actually going to locations rather than just google maps.

The Gilbert Farmer's Market is AMAZING. It truly is one of the best I've ever experienced.
Thank you for your videos. I'm sending them to family members in the hopes they'll consider a move here!

So glad I made Gilbert home back in 1989. It's amazing to see all the growth here. I remember all the corn & cotton fields turning into residential homes & businesses! And even remember when the US freeway ended at Val Vista!!

I found out about Gilbert in 1994, a year before moving here. There were only 65,000 people then. I knew back then that it would get discovered.

@@ArizonaDreamin Yes, you sure know your demographics. Many people don't realize how "predictable" these trends are. I saw this happen in California in the 1960's, and 70's. Watch what happens in Coolidge, and Casa Grande five years from now!

Moved out of Gilbert 15 years ago during the boom. Wish I would have held on to the home especially since I paid $159,000 and my mortgage with HOA's was $950 a month. I have now retired in Bangkok Thailand so I can't complain to much. That rental income would have been nice though.

If Mesa is a "ghetto" then it seems that ghettos have really upped their standards as it has some beautiful neighborhoods.
