These greedy people asking so much for rent….AZ does not pay well no matter what job you have, rent goes up every year,unless you live in debt and show off or have multiple room mates ,you not making.

Moved a year ago and we’re also in North Phoenix, definitely loving it here, the absolute best weather for us. The only thing I don’t like is ‘AZ natives’ - non Indigenous people who were born here and think they’re entitled to this land hating on everyone who CHOSE to live here.

I grew up in Arizona and the reality of it is; there is no going outside during summer. This is fine if you’re alone but if you have kids there is a good chance they will become overweight like myself and my two brothers. I wish I could be more active but it’s just not possible. The gyms in phoenix Arizona are overcrowded and expensive. Growing up here was rough and I would rather live in another state if I had the choice. The public schools are a nightmare and universities are also not that good.

I'm born and raised here...3 generations....because of the influx in population my family is now forced PRICED out of the only place we have ever lived. 😢Enjoy the state I once called home.

Hopefully I will be moving to Phoenix Arizona in July 2024 from Memphis TN......I have been to Phoenix many times...love it.

I’ve lived in the EV for years and it’s nice over here, if you can take the heat 😂 I love the outdoor opportunities we have like trails, lakes, parks, etc. Not just the shopping and dinning, overall we have a lot!! 😊😊

I think the point about 'would I live here forever?' is an outstanding point. Came here last summer from So Cal with my wife and (then) 1 year old son. Coming up on one year here and I do love it --- prob won't be here forever though? Who knows? Best part about moving somewhere is that you don't need to stay forever! I feel like people freak themselves out about moving when literally if you don't like it --- you can always go home or move somewhere else. Takes the pressure off and can allow someone to move somewhere new :-)
