There’s a cave next to mission “searching the Fro-zone”, There are tons of Ferox in there. But I would recommend bringing lots of ammo because there is like 10 aggressive snow bears which will shred you if not careful. I have found so many high level Ferox there. And it makes it super easy to tame
I didn't know they aided insulation! I couldn't figure out where that buff was coming from, I thought it might've been from some mission or something. Thanks!
1:35 Just as a suggestion. There is a small chance it might still throw a boulder at you so I found it best to just bring a fast mount and run around in circles making sure it has agro on you and nothing else
Here’s a thing you may or may not know about the Ferox but when they hop and when you’re about to hit the ground on them you can hop again and you’ll continue to build up speed and hop across the map you could also do something slightly similar in water making it pretty fast at swimming it’s pretty awesome and fun
when you throw it it will sometimes find small amount so element dust and put it directly into your inventory. Also as of right now you can knock out tame it with mejo berries stupid fast. That might get patched out but enjoy it while you can!
Potatophile mainly health and damage. Don’t worry about movement speed because it only makes the smaller version faster. The enraged version is at max speed so no point of upgrading speed. Mine is fully points into weight and damage and then I added enough weight to make it useful.

On our unofficial server we cant tame it with element. We can however tame it the normal way, shoot a tranq dart/arrow and feed it mejo or plant Y seeds. The one we tried earlier to tame with element we afterwards tamed with the 'normal' way of KOing it and feeding it berries was hella addicted already due to us feeding element to get it tamed xd
I'm on SP tamed a ferox but when on 100% addiction it doesn't attack fast like what I've here on YT. I think it doesn't give me any buffs at all. Please help :(

But is there an easy way to get element in Genesis? Also, for Bloodstalkers. When they feed. Do they store blood or blood packs in their inventory? I mean, if blood expires in 30 minutes.. And when you put blood packs in a Bloodstalker's inventory, does it take longer for the blood pack to expire?
If you are playing with someone on split screen then the player needs to be as close as you are to the Ferox, if your the host, I don't know what's wrong

My game is so buggy. I can't feed it element, force taming it I still can't make it big. In the bog kapros, sarcos, and baryonyx dont spawn. When I teleport or load up the game random creatures will spawn in my base. It's all walled off and yet once a level 145 magmasaur spawned in my base.

It will also occasionally sniff out, dig up and place element dust into your inventory if it's near you :)
