Fantastic! For people having difficulty standing, or those with out funds for a rebounder, we have found sitting and lightly bouncing on a secured 55-65cm Swiss ball to be very helpful. It is fun, feels good, and often costs less than $15.
Thanks for the info! Do you still get some lymphatic benefits from linear vibration or none at all? Also, how long each session should be per day for benefits? Thanks again!
How would you compare the effects of rebounding with a vibration plate and with swinging on a swing? Is it worth while to do both rebounding and a vibration plate, or is it redundant?
The information offered in this video regarding vibration plates is inaccurate and in certain ways misleading. I support FDRS and this community, have specialized in vibration plates for almost 2 decades, wish more accurate information which has been offered to you would be shared.
I find I don't use my pump boots because it is difficult for me to reach to put it on. And once on I have to stay seated if something comes up like a knock at the door I have to take it off.
Good presentation; however you lost me at times. Never heard of most of equipment you’re talking about. Never had a therapist tell me all this. You need to show the equipment and demonstrate it. Didn’t even know there was a clinic and therapist to help the situation. I’m damn angry.
