    This has been my way of life for a year now and I can't even tell you how much better my body feels! I've lost 30-35 lbs in the last 9 months without hardly trying! I just eat cleanly! Nothing fake! I try to think what my GreatGrandparents grew up eatting. And that's what I eat... even better. Oats, tAvocados, papayas, acai seeds, lots of dark berries! Water with lemon and dark honey. Apple cider vinegar is so beneficial to detoxing...as well as the lemon water with honey. Spinach, seafood, nuts, dried fruits, coconut! These things have become the staples of my diet... and I feel so much better inside. I won't even cook in a microwave anymore, or wrap in plastic. Thank you so much for your research and work that you have done to inform us all to feel better and be healthier. Thank you so much!
