I’m being honest, I hate talking about feelings or personal stuff but almost every video of Pamela includes a song that reminds me of my mother, or a song that I genuinely want to show my mother - I always start crying during the workouts because I know I can’t show her because she passed away on christmas. But those tears won’t stop me from finishing this workout, not only for me, but for her because I know how proud she would be if she could see me right now. Okay gyms won't open for another couple of weeks... SO HERE WE GO, making sure our arms also get some love 💖 training them at home without equipment is a little hard, so I want you to use WATER BOTTLES (or 2 packs of rice, 2 cans of milk, ..) for this one. This will make your arms more defined & strong - definitely not huge and bulky. I weighed my bottles: they were 750g each, including water and the bottle itself 🙏 Let me know if you like our little piece of "equipment" 😬 xx Pam
I always find myself naturally working out to the beat of my workout music when I’m in between a rep or something lol I just make it up as I go when it comes to dancing for cardio!

Oml that was the most difficult part to me!!!! I can't even do 3 on my knees in a row without hollowing my back at some point (which if you do that, it's not really a push up. Stay as straight as possible. Ik because mom's a personal trainer and trained with her before)

I underestimated Pamela lol At least I feel really strong now! Update: I've been using 2kg dumbbells and can barely keep my arms up. My hold is above my hips lol I'm working on, so keeping my arms up like Pamela using 2kg dumbbells for this workout is my goal for 2021! @@mariesilver4023 1kg is enough because the point is to tone your arms. Thats why you do the exercises without pauses and fast. If you want to gain muscle you have to use heavier dumbbels, and take pauses of course because its going to be more difficult.

I just want to say it really works!! I could only do the first 3 minutes without a break the first time I did this, and I stopped in the half because I couldn't anymore. I've done it 5 times (once in 2 days) and now I can do the whole video withoust pausing!!
@@ieroine Then you should focus on losing weight. This workout will train your arm muscles but isn’t going to make your fat go away. Focus on Cardio and HIIT workouts where you have to jump and stuff like that because like that you will lose more weight than from only muscle training

I've been following Pam's workouts for nearly 2 weeks now and have noticed such a difference. I've probably lost an inch or two around my waist already. Yes my goal is to lose weight but I think it's also fueled by my goal to be as strong as Pam!!

Omg I did it!! I was finally able to hold my 2kg weights up high and not just above my hips by the end!! I started with 1kg at the beginning of last year and upgraded to 2kg by the end of last year!! I can finally do it with 2kg weights! I had a good feeling about being able to finally do it properly to the end with 2kg weights and I did!! I'm so proud of myself ♡

I'm 57 and do this without water bottles...at the moment. My aim is to build up gradually and then use them ( filled with water!). I love the routine, the music and the smile at the end when we're almost finished! 😀
I was born with hypotonia which has reduced muscle strength as a symptom so I’ve always been weaker than others my age. But thanks to Pamela I can finally do push-ups on my knees 😭

This was my first ever workout with you. I loved it 🤩 my arms died (I had 1 kg wrist weights) , I hope I see results in 3 months, I’m 40 and had my baby 2 years ago, baby fat is gone but pre-pregnancy weight of around 15 kgs plus still there, wish me luck 🍀

Okay so I’m bad at motivation but this summer is the one I can’t tell you the amount of times I’ve told myself I will get fit and change myself (seriously I’ve lost track) but every time I failed I hated myself for it !! I don’t want to be a quitter anymore and I need to change to love myself not necessarily for ‘looking better’ but to feel better and to know I tried and that I didn’t just give up, I want to be the best version of myself and if anyone else has a similar story good luck and keep picking yourself up! It will be worth it in the end ✨💫
You got this! Make sure you find exercises you enjoy and it will be much easier to stay motivated because you're actually enjoying the activity. I find Chloe Ting's videos to be highly effective for my body.... but I dread doing them so honestly I just don't follow her workouts anymore. I find Pam and Lilly's videos to be the perfect blend of fun and challenging so I actually look forward to working out. You might have a completely different idea of what is fun and that's great! Just find what works for you and stick to it.
Loved this! I had to do some of the exercises without weights but that's ok! Pam's videos are always the perfect mix of fun and challenging! Definitely coming back to this one:) Also, I know for a fact I could not have done the full set of push ups like a month ago (even on the knees!) and today I pushed through:) feels soo good!

I've just finished it and I need to say the music is so good, it reminds me of the summer I graduated from school and had a lot of fun, travelled by car always with "Sugar"....
In all of her workouts videos she is always happy and energetic and it makes me fell happy and energetic to and makes me do my workouts more and i enjoy it more!♥️

I've been following Pam's workouts for nearly 2 weeks now and have noticed such a difference. I've probably lost an inch or two around my waist already. Yes my goal is to lose weight but I think it's also fueled by my goal to be as strong as Pam!!
Did your arms got slimmer too? I'm trying to lose weight there...
This workour changes my arms drastically after just 5 days doing it. Im now so much more confident and definately putting up with this for the next week!

@@angel-df7lh definitely! Mixed with good eating habits, my whole body toned up. But I eventually switched to a harder workout on UA-cam! I'm planning on restarting Pamela in a couple of months while I'm Post Partum

Omg I did it!! I was finally able to hold my 2kg weights up high and not just above my hips by the end!!
I started with 1kg at the beginning of last year and upgraded to 2kg by the end of last year!! I can finally do it with 2kg weights! I had a good feeling about being able to finally do it properly to the end with 2kg weights and I did!! I'm so proud of myself ♡

I'm 57 and do this without water bottles...at the moment. My aim is to build up gradually and then use them ( filled with water!). I love the routine, the music and the smile at the end when we're almost finished! 😀
I was born with hypotonia which has reduced muscle strength as a symptom so I’ve always been weaker than others my age. But thanks to Pamela I can finally do push-ups on my knees 😭
I have hypermobility and instability (hypotonia in the ligaments if you want) and she's the only youtubers who can maintain me!
I've been doing this and upper body workout for a month already (I do it like twice a week) and honestly I've gained so much strength that I even can do some push-ups now, it's really effective and so fun! Thank you Pam ❤️

Okay so I’m bad at motivation but this summer is the one I can’t tell you the amount of times I’ve told myself I will get fit and change myself (seriously I’ve lost track) but every time I failed I hated myself for it !!
I don’t want to be a quitter anymore and I need to change to love myself not necessarily for ‘looking better’ but to feel better and to know I tried and that I didn’t just give up,
I want to be the best version of myself and if anyone else has a similar story good luck and keep picking yourself up! It will be worth it in the end ✨💫

Make sure you find exercises you enjoy and it will be much easier to stay motivated because you're actually enjoying the activity. I find Chloe Ting's videos to be highly effective for my body.... but I dread doing them so honestly I just don't follow her workouts anymore. I find Pam and Lilly's videos to be the perfect blend of fun and challenging so I actually look forward to working out.
You might have a completely different idea of what is fun and that's great! Just find what works for you and stick to it.
