In the beginning she always made her exercises and sometimes smiled, then she started doing more funny/crazy stuff and now she squeezes her boobs in her video :)! Also a year ago she always wrote "done" after a workout, then "well done" and now things like "sit straight" or "shake your boobs"!! I love it and i also love the workout

Chest - with a bonus of armpit fat, front shoulders, triceps & biceps 😎 I find it a bit hard to feel my chest "burning" during a workout. It requires a lot of mind-muscle-connection (and maybe bigger boobs than an A cup lol). But I definitely felt the burn the next day! 😂 so don't worry if you feel your arms more than your boobies during those 10 minutes. It's all connected!
First I was worried when I didn't feel any booby muscles ... after I read your coment I'm a little nervous about feeling them 100 times more tomorrow haha 😂

Here's a lil workout request *kinda basic, but a must*: a 10-minute intense full body workout that solely consists of toning exercises without any cardio cuz we all have those lazy days when we don't feel like jumping around but still need the burn
She actually has that on her channel , but i would say it will also make your heart beat because her workouts are mostly strength workouts so most of them will one way or another make your heart race which is good and that's why i love her

I have drops shaped(if I can call it like that in English) and relatively big breast, I've been doing this workout for over than 2 months now and it works like magic! First time in, like, almost 3 years I'm comfortable wearing open clothes Thank you, Pam, you're the best!❤️❤️❤️
@@Whereiwatch of course it's not fully perky, but it lifted on nearly 2-3cm, chest muscles started to be visible and it gives you look like breast is lifted too I'm a size 80D, so its really not easy for me to lift them and I consider doing surgery, if you have a smaller chest or another shape I guess results will be better

I like to comment on these videos for people wondering if it works. I've been doing this for about I think a little over a month now and I have seen results, by the way I am in a caloric deficit to lose body fat and my chest as shrunk and I have noticed little results but Im gonna keep doing this. I started becasue I used to be over weight and my chest is a little saggy so I wanted to do this for a lift because Im 14 I went from a D cup to a B cup through out my whole weight loss journey!
I'm doing this exercise with 2 bottles of wine. After the exercise im drinking half of the one so I can forget what I'm going through with Pamela. Next day I'm looking at my flat belly and I'm thanking Pamela. As you can see, it's a love-hate relationship! 😂

hey guys I'm gonna be trying this for two weeks straight and updating, my chest is one of or probably my biggest insecurity hope this works! DAY 1: honestly wasn't as hard as I expected DAY 2: it was good I just cannot do a push up its pathetic my 6 year old brother can do more then me DAY 3: My arms just really hurt I woke up this morning feeling very sore I could barely raise my hand fully but otherwise that I think its been pretty good DAY 4: KILLED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was awesome! I only have 5lb dumbbells travelling at the moment and I was worried it wouldn’t be enough resistance but it was plenty, such a great workout! My shoulders are also shaking!

the elbow thing, i didn't expect this ! it was haaard 7 march 2022 : 11 month later, here I am again !! I gain weight since last time i think ( I was on a lot of pressure for several month, I sleep for several days due to depression, and I'm unemployed) but I had time to trained my mind, to be healthier, I did go on hiking for 1 month, I try to walk everyday... I couldn't keep up with Pam plans, I wasn't motivated, I was so down when i could not finish one video, but I hope this is the right time for me, I really think it, that I have a better mindset and even if it isn't it's ok, I will not give up ! 79kg, 163cm,

Despite the intent of this workout, it is one of the few things that loosens my shoulder and neck pain from having an office job. When I get too tight I use this workout to help relieve pain. Thank you 🙌🏼
Guys hear me out: What about an “aggressive/angry workout”? Like 10 min of HIIT with loud, energetic music and all exercises are somewhat themed into a very angry direction. Like “squad and slap” “push person away” “Kick his guts(high knee)” “Punch” etc? Kinda like the Christmas themed workout just... well... like that. Perfect for whenever you feel frustrated and just need to get it out. Do it on Monday because ITS MONDAY AND EVERYONE IS ANNOYING or on Saturday because FINALLY THE WEEK IS OVER UGH I HATE HUMANS or when someone hurt you and just imagine punching that person while working out and becoming the best version of yourself. Idk I just had that idea, what do you think?

@@phenomenon7253 I think it's increase our chest cuz I've seen similar workout to this and they said it was for increasing ur chest, Ive been doing this for 5 days so I did not see any difference yet.
@@phenomenon7253 you physically can't increase your boob size by working out since boobs consist of fat and while working out you grow muscle so technically you build muscle under your boobs

DAY 1: honestly wasn't as hard as I expected
DAY 2: it was good I just cannot do a push up its pathetic my 6 year old brother can do more then me
DAY 3: My arms just really hurt I woke up this morning feeling very sore I could barely raise my hand fully but otherwise that I think its been pretty good
DAY 4: KILLED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(also way less sore)
DAY 5: skipped I didn't have time
DAY 6: too late in the night to workout didn't want to wake up the whole house
DAY 7: it was good we Vibing here!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DAT 8: my arms are a little tired but overall great workout

Don’t do it everyday, muscle grow happens when u are regenerating. So give your muscles enough time to regenerate

This was awesome! I only have 5lb dumbbells travelling at the moment and I was worried it wouldn’t be enough resistance but it was plenty, such a great workout! My shoulders are also shaking!
I used water bottles a weights and realized: the more i drink the easier it gets😂😇

What about an “aggressive/angry workout”? Like 10 min of HIIT with loud, energetic music and all exercises are somewhat themed into a very angry direction. Like “squad and slap” “push person away” “Kick his guts(high knee)” “Punch” etc? Kinda like the Christmas themed workout just... well... like that. Perfect for whenever you feel frustrated and just need to get it out. Do it on Monday because ITS MONDAY AND EVERYONE IS ANNOYING or on Saturday because FINALLY THE WEEK IS OVER UGH I HATE HUMANS or when someone hurt you and just imagine punching that person while working out and becoming the best version of yourself.
