    Hi Jeff great video I worked in the vegetable seed industry for 25 years and we used a Shaker table that was quite similar to what you use it was called a gravity deck it worked exactly the same way as your Shaker table except no water used striation and Shake to move the heaviest to the topside good seed into the middle and garbage to the bottom and there was also a rerun spot on the gravity deck keep up the good work love your videos

    I just bought one of these at an auction, came with a very nice iron stand with hefty anchor points. Problem was, I had no idea how to set it up or run it. I didn't even know what it was called. Then, like magic your video pops up and I got all the answers I needed. Your video was very informative and answered questions I didn't know I had. I appreciate it. I'm subbing.

    The REAL gold rush is selling equipment to people. The price of everything to do with mining is one 0 to two 00's added to the price tag of what it'd cost to make. I'm a lawyer, and I'm reconsidering my career choices and contemplating manufacturing short runs on my weekend of mining equipment. It's ridiculously profitable.

    I ran some Arizona ore two years ago that mostly came out in the 2’s. It was stuck to the iron. We ended up using Aqua to separate it. That was at -50 mesh. We use EcoGoldEx to leach now or just chlorine depending on how stubborn it is. Dave Cook has the rights to start building the old Yellowjacket Highgrader reverse helix trommels again. He says they can catch -200 gold when adjusted properly. I also hear the Mountain Goat also does a good job. I love my RP-4. But it’s best used on concentrates you bring in from the field. I have pics of the Arizona gold somewhere.

Columbia, CA. to be exact. I've got 40 acres of mountain canyon and small creeks. Recently explored an area that has yielded alot of red garnets, some gold and alot of hexagon shaped stones, when I say alot I mean 2-3 cups per 5 gallon bucket, red red stones, should I travel upward, or go deeper? What other monetary gems should I look out for? I've searched on line, and talked to my jewler to no avail. Please help with some suggestions... thanks Jeff your so awesome

      @@Askjeffwilliams I've tried various types of hog mat, I'm in Georgia & people are loopy about it here, near the source. I'm the guy who convinces people not to use it either, after I show them what they're loosing in a standard keene A52. Georgia red clay is worst of all on hog mat because there's oils in Georgia red clay & is like adding lube to the sluice. - Mercury, it is!

    What did you mean by up to 50 mesh? I thought shaker tables could separate much finer gold.

    • @Askjeffwilliams
      @Askjeffwilliams  5 років тому +1

      you can get 200 to 300 mesh Gold from a table but if you run your material through an impact mill then 50 mesh is enough .
