MAHI & RED SNAPPER fishing in the Gulf of Mexico {Catch, Clean & Cook}

We fished out of Panama City Beach, Florida and found a floating barrel holding Mahi and triple tail on our way out to fish artificial reef modules during early September.
We had a hard time catching keeper red snappers until I switched over to a 4 oz buck tail jig and then it was game on!!
We grilled our fresh catch on some cedar planks on the Big Green Egg - be sure and watch until the end to see this delicious dish!
