I saw the change in her and what good shape she was in so it inspired me. I started working out with you about 10 months ago and until Hurricane Laura had not missed a day! I feel better and am much stronger than I have been in years. I also have a September birthday. I’ll be 57 and I plan to be better at 57 than I was at 56. Thank you for all you do for those of us you train, and please keep your inspiration and challenges to us coming!

I have stretched every day with you for over 120 days. I have MS and I used to wake up and barely be able to move. I cant even begin to tell you how much more mobile I am. Not only that I am not in pain all the time anymore and my workouts have improved!!!!! Thank you so much for recording over 170 stretches for us. I for one appreciate it so much!!!!
As a waitress with a dog who stands/walks 25.000-40.000 steps a day, this was really awesome. Thank you sydney, this stretch really hit the right spots 🥰 lets all have a great start into the week tomorrow!

I always do two stretches on Rest Day Stretch Day…the programmed calendar stretch and then I try and find one I haven’t done before. This was a great stretch 🎉
I'm a hairstylist so really neeed that fantastic stretch.My hips are so tight even though I stretch regularly.Ill do this all week and hopefully see some improvement.Thank you Sydney 😃
Great stretch. I especially liked the calf and shin stretch. You stretch parts of the body that other fitness trainers neglect but stretching these areas really are essential. Thanks for bringing us amazing free workouts every day.
