Ford v Ferrari is this year's Oscar bait crowd pleaser that feels impossible not to root for. Cole: 9/10 Justin: 9/10 TWITTER: / expert_oscar LETTERBOXD: letterboxd.com...
I went into the film thinking it would be good. Came out in love with the film. Like it’s my #2 of the year currently (bare in mind I haven’t seen almost all limited release films recently such as Lighthouse or Jojo Rabbit). This is definitely a film I will pick up on Bluray and will be looking forward to introducing it to my dad. It definitely deserves the BP nomination, but I don’t think it deserves a win.
It was pretty good. Nothing special and I definitely don't think it deserves many above-the-line nominations, but I'm glad people are really liking it. I'd give it a really strong 7-and-a-half.
It’s a strong possibility But the category is so dang crowded. I think we will just need to see if voters appear to favor him over others. He’s around 6 for me.
This film really just feels like the most obvious bait ever, but even then it still offers. Any scene without Matt Damon or Christian Bale just feels soooo uninteresting, and the whole thing just feels like its there to be there until the third act, but it has it's high points like the first race, as well as the editing and cinematography being absolutely phenomenal. It may not get picture, or either acting, but it's getting editing for sure. 7/10
Best picture consideration yes, acting no. Somehow even though Bale is British, his accent for some reason seem contrived to me. It didnt sound natural, it sounded like a fake accent, yes really! LOL Not sure of the sound he was going for.Nonetheless, an excellent film. 9 of 10
I felt like this film should’ve been called Shelby v Ford
Rather than Ford v Ferrari
Or Ford V Ford

Jojo is not exactly a limited release. Nor is Lighthouse. Saw both at an AMC
Then what's your favorite?

Do you think Christian Bale can recive an Nomination Oscar?

The Oscar Expert sorry for my ignorance but is bale up for lead or supporting
@@ZR38315 leading role
@@TheOscarExpert thank you very much!
In the uk it’s called Le Mans 66, which I feel is a better title then ford vs Ferrari
Are you guys making a video on the independent spirit nominations?
Is this is winning conversation for Best Picture?
Absolutely not.
The sound editing of the video is innovative but it just makes you uncomfortable

My Self lmao ur judge the acting by the way he talks
They didn't nominate Rush for anything, if they give nominations to this far inferior film it would be laughable
