Beginner Senior Walking Cardio with Balance

  • Get ready to move with this beginner walking workout. If you cannot lunge or squat deeply then do what you can. Stand close to a wall to hold onto the wall for added balance assistance. Included in the end are some stretches but make sure to add more, especially for the quads. I hope you enjoy this workout. Let me know in the comments and let me. know what you would like more of.
