India has the concept of open court... And already a PIL is going in supreme court for live video telecast and most probably that is already approved and soon sc will publish such thing for non commercial use

I believe there is a circular that says that if IO is not appearing before the Hon'ble Court then his superior/SHO has to appear and assist the Court. I think it is for Delhi police However
