I'd like to add that your advice of grinding hard in silence while balancing your primary field, transcends across just litigation to most other professions. Thanks for all the legal advice about practice and procedure, inspiration and insights.
Man, could you please make a video about the career in lower judiciary and your thoughts on it. On the PCSJ, civil judge path basically. It would be much appreciated.
Sir,we r junior advocate and being a woman senior advocate harass ,this is true facts of Law .every lawyers want to have individuals practice but for lawyers who hail from poor family background is very difficult
Sir sec 179 of motor vehicles act me kitna fine hoga... Me green light cross kr rha tha jb 5-6 secs reh gye the toh itne me mujhe officer ne ruk jaane ko bola, me ruka aur light red ho gya thi, SP traffic ne mujhe peeche jaane ka ishara kiya me peeche jaa rha tha ki car mere peeche lg gye usne b zebra crossing paar kr li thi, toh me peeche jaane me kaamyaab na hua.... Iske baad SP ne head constable ko kaha ki chalan kato sabka, mene court ka chalan kataya hai.... Pls batayen ki kya procedure hai aur kitna chalan kt skta hai minm. Me b law student hu..... Toh agr me vakeel na kr k khud kru toh kaise hoga pls guide me sir 🙏🙏 Note: mene sirf zebra crossing cross ki thi... Road cross ni ki. but sir me student hu, mere paas itne paise nhi hain.. mene jab ye kaha constable ko toh unhone kaha ki judge k paas power hai wo kam kr denge... Toh me apna fine kam kaise krwa skta hu. Me zyada se zyada 500-600 chalan de skta hu.. pls bataye sir, kya wo kam kr denge mera fine aur kya Krna hoga mujhe
Bro kuch ni hoga. Just go to the court on the designated time and date. Say sorry to the judge when u r called. Say u r a student cannot pay huge fine. They will understand. Ek dum aaram se hojaega

And there are lady advocate and girls who r belong to rich families they made show up but no knowledge about law ,they come and go with mercities bla bla,and poor middle class want to do something but they are harrass by this senior .

How much money a junior lawyer can make to get into corporate matter other than litigation and also not from any renowned law collages in India,
