- Welcome to HOI4! EU4 China is chaotic for sure, but China in Hearts of Iron IV is INSANE! Today we're looking at HOI4 MP as each chinese minor (and major) is controlled by a different player. We're starting in 1939 and seeing if we can hold of the Japanese! Don't take this as a HOI4 guide or a HOI4 mp guide because, quite frankly, these might be the worst HOI4 players in history.
Let's see What happens when EVERY CHINESE NATION is a player?

Lads, we’re SO CLOSE to 100k! If you subscribe right now, Ma Bufang would be greatly pleased.
I'll subscribe if you go to Ulm and walk in public with that hair indent caused by the headphones :)
I love how they didn't realize that supply hubs need to be connected by rail, and Laith had no supply because the Taiyuan supply hub wasn't connected by rail to the Yan'an hub
to be honest a veteran player could have say it or connected himself they are all on the same faction so they can build on eachother
As a HOI4 main, it’s always fun to see people who have no idea how to play.
As a hoi4 main it's always painful to see people who have no idea how to play
As a Eu4 main I highly agree
It was painful man i just sat there wondering even if they changed the divisions other than the main china player
@@makiskanyt9269 I genuinely could not watch the video in fear of losing myself, cause it's not that I hate new players but it is so excruciating because if you were there you can help them but you aren't there so you just have to sit in silence as they make blunders which is quite easy to avoid
@@artanisplays3982 To be fair atleast they're having for some people losing can be more fun if the situations are good.
To actually know how to play a paradox game, you need at least 100 hours, unless it's victoria 2 or smtn, then you never actually know how to play.
I have 1400 and still have a vague idea of how to plY
Quite painful but funny to watch the strategic blunders, interested about the latin america planned game you mentioned it could be interesting to watch since usually latin america is not at all players messing about there would make it interesting.
also front lines are pain, if you are in a position like china (or the soviets) generally there's no point in having front lines or fall back lines unless you have strengthened up a bit, because the frontline AI will move around troops losing entrenchment, organisation and messing up unit placement - personally if my army is much weaker, I'll use the various orders to place troops into a position easier but beyond that micro on the defensive generally more fun than just setting up frontlines and means the loss of strategic positions is actually inside player control for the most part.
No Tibet player? Are you saying that Tibet is not a rightful part of China since ancient times?
-∞ social credits.
Bing chilling
That's not even used in China, what they do have is basically the same as a credit score in the US. So I guess make fun of the US for that.
@@Gustav_Kuriga That's what social credit are...
@@deutsch-amerikanisch8281 The social credit as the meme uses it applies it to everything, even non-financial actions. Credit scores purely apply to financial actions.
@@Gustav_Kuriga What does real credit have to do with the meme though? Or the comment the Hawaii made?
Soviet union but every division, air wing and ship is controlled by a player
there are max 32 player in hoi4
@@tritojean7549 have 32 divisions then
Classic Chinese moment
“You came in and ate all the supplies and left!!!”
another wonderful case of "whats a planning bonus?"
so glad i helped my dad chop down trees instead of joining in on this
I think paying off Laiths uni debt is charity.
14:20 "Less of an opportunity, more of a trap. *Not the good kind.* "
I didn't know Laith was based like that!
i just made Ming a vassal as Germany.. they had 2 provinces.. within a few decades i literally gave them back all of china.. its quite a cool way of getting much more powerful & its so quick cos they already have cores...little ae, no oe for your vassal.. the problem is keeping their liberty desire down... its quite fun though owning all of china as a vassal (eu4)
9:56 - Fun fact: When reloading a save the AI ressets and will most probably attack on all fronts. This can be helpful or detrimental.
“It’s not an opportunity, it’s a trap. And not the good kind” 🥵
"Eight years of resistance" be like:
i have literally no idea what was going on but it was hype as fuck, i might end up buying this game because of this video alone
one recommendation: dont 😂 unless you plan on spending 3x the basegame's price on DLC
@@hashtagrex you right lmfao I already went there once with EU4
@@NannatheNanna then there is no escape nor salvation 😂
Quick question. I noticed that the music tends to be overlapping itself. Is that intentional or not?
The ma bufang origin story
"What has charity done for us?" That man asks the important questions. Why would I help someone help a starving child? He didn't help someone help me?
This made me subscribe after watching for a while , can we get more HOI content :)
5:38 wtf is this map of China. Xinjiang is an independent entity but Tibet is fully Chinese, and.. what’s going on with the DPRK?
You can set your supply to not be used by allies btw lol
This hurt me more than it should have
That guy was eating his granola.
the... the music... so many overlayed tracks... it hurts.
I noticed that too
Please try out the Third Odyssey mod for EU4 (would recommend submods).
Great vid
China round 2? The Redemption Arc!
Cool, capitalized Chinese suffering
It’s like an even more incompetent version of a Bokoen1 video.
Ma Bufang, Chinese national treasure
researching new guns but not building them. Although I guess you do get those small passives. But you'd have been better off researching industry for more production output meaning more guns and units for you.
What if Ming will collapse and every country in Ming which appear will player? (eu4)
Ahhhh the warlord period
ooo theres nearly 3000 others like me
As some one who is pretty good at Hoi4, it’s cringey watching them play.
