- EU4 Hordes are overpowered. This is no different in EU4 1.33. Check out any EU4 1.33 guide for EU4 surrounding hordes and it should tell you the same thing! Here's the thing though - what if every single horde nation was controlled by a player? Today, we use the EU4 discord to make... a discord video. I think something like this with the HRE would be a fun watch too. You could either have people play as minors/free cities, or as electors so they can actually vote on who they want to be emperor. Just an idea tho!

@@TheSocialStreamers hijacking this comment, but if you play with the missions expanded mod, the German minors and all of the formables get good trees. My personal recommendation was forming Rhineland! Mission tree was mostly about playing tall and embracing industrialization

every four years sounds terrible for easy tracking in multiplayer, just wait till you get to either the end or middle of a decade then go every five years. super easy to track without having to do math all the time.
