Hi Patrick, what a great overnighter. Thanks for having us along with you. Youre a natural! My condolences to you and your wife and glad things are a bit more back to normal. Cheers dude🙂
Nice to see you on another wild camp Patrick. Even though I am from south of London, I have driven that snake pass a few times in my younger days, so I know how stunning the landscape is around there. And nice to see you done your homework before buying a tracker, and you got one with two way comms with the satellites. A lot of the cheaper ones only have the downlink, and rely on the phone network to send back your actual location. Totally useless in emergencies when your away from a phone signal. Certainly a great idea to have one if your going to remote places on your own, regardless of your age. Peace of mind for you, and peace of mind for your loved ones. Anyway, longer days will soon be with us, so looking forward to more of your adventures!
Hi Steve, yes the Snake gives some good views of Kinder and the delight's that await you up there. There are some very remote areas up there, that's one of the main reasons for getting the tracker, hopefully I will never have to use it in a emergency . Wanderer in the mist, Pat. Fantastic video.
I looked-up your route on Google 3D view as I watched the video. Nice little route that. It must be a great joy for whoever bumps in to you on the hills. I've met many interesting people in unexpected locations up on the mountains. It's wonderful.
See you soon Pat. Look forward to the next video. Best wishes, Alistair.
Hi Alistair, yes a great area to walk and camp up there...... thanks Pat
Hi Patrick, what a great overnighter. Thanks for having us along with you. Youre a natural! My condolences to you and your wife and glad things are a bit more back to normal. Cheers dude🙂
Thank you for your kind thoughts, and yes always great to have you all g on my adventures...... thanks Pat
Looking forward to warmer weather, and lighter nights...... all the best Pat
