    I've been using them since February and they're amazing. Mathias lovingly assembles them on his own. There is no big corporation behind him. It's all very solid and high quality. No cheap materials are used. I can only seriously recommend it to everyone!

    I've been using those pedals since early 2023. Initially, it took me some time to set them up, but now I absolutely love the throttle and brake. Despite losing some time in the beginning when transitioning from Fanatec V3, these pedals have ultimately made me faster.

    Hey Dan, you have been doing many pedal videos and to be honest, has made it difficult for me to upgrade! I am unable to decide haha.. I am hoping you could do a sort of "2023 Pedal Ranking" video. I am on Clubsport V3's looking to get into the VRS bracket of pedals but there are so many alternatives to even that now. Are you able to do such ranking video?

    VRS is definitely above the NUO s ! In addition there is no reply from Matthias since Month´s, to a couple of questions regarding the stuff
    . And this is definitely a No Go after buying 2 Sets of Pedals !

    Thanks for the review, Dan. Just a quick question: which do you prefer, these pedals or the SRPs? (In terms of throttle and brake, I prefer some travel).

      @DanSuzuki Great, thanks for the quick reply, Dan! Final two questions, I promise: Does the SRP have more travel in the brake? And have you tried the Simtrecs? (These are the two pedals I am considering, but their reviews are quite limited.)

    • @DanSuzuki
      @DanSuzuki  11 місяців тому

      @@ula1568 The Nuo can have MUCH more travel in the brake if you want to, it's probably the brake with the most amount of travel I know apart from the simucube pedals. The Simtrecs are also great, but I'd still pick the SRP over those I think

    The pedal plate would mean I'd have to adjust my entire pedal plate. That does not sound like fun. But if they are great that's all that matters. Once adjusted your good to go.

    Hey, im looking to upgrade my pedals and ive been looking at heusinkveld ultimate+ pedals, vrs pedals, and these nuo ones. can anyone help and direct me to which pedals are best please?!

    • @perludierende_praesumtion
      @perludierende_praesumtion 11 місяців тому

      This matches my list as well! Answer always will be they are all great, there is nothing wrong. Ulti+ will have worst Pricepoint but most YT pros use them (Baldwin, Naujoks and earlier Morad)
      VRS are used for some top end RIGs as well and highly recommendet.
      NuoSim are the newest and cheapest and very fast adjustable. I prefere the design over the VRS.
      Since the Nuo cost almost half the Ulti+, it should come down to the Nuo for me but Ulti+ always been my biggest dream.

      I had possibility to test at home vrs and he ultimate (non plus) and to my surprise VRS won easily, for the price it is best brake pedal set, adjustable as you want, i only liked more my friends Simtag pedals ;)

    Regarding the linearity of the brake:
    Isnt the middle value you type in di view responsible for the non linearity of the signal? I assume it would create a nonlinear signal since you tell the software the middle point is on 20% of the max e.g.
    I dont have diview padels, just a thought.

    • @DanSuzuki
      @DanSuzuki  Рік тому

      yeah you can somewhat create 2 different "stages" for the brake with this ... but it's not very satisfying to use to be honest 😅

    • @Leynad778
      @Leynad778 Рік тому

      Yes, it works like that and you just have to imagine the curve. It's certainly better for the clutch to make it non-linear.

      @@DanSuzuki i got my evo1 today, so i will try it out. i guess i can recreate the curve with 3 points in Powerpoint to get a visual representation. not the most comfortable, but since i enjoy diy and fiddling a lot, i look forwart to it :D Somewhat engaging on another level

    Hey Dan, great video as always.
    Might there be a little pun towards Asetek? 😅
    I use the Invicta S pedals, tweaked them over time - which of course means I invested more money 🤦‍♂️😅. But now I think the brake is perfect for me. Swapped the Pads with the big ones by HRS for more comfort, put in the long travel kit and one of the softer elastomers from the elastomer kit. And I calibrated them to be on 1st stage up to 60-70% of my maximum brake pressure, which is at around 65 bar. Trailbraking works like a charm, and I don't have to use another profile when jumping between e.g. ACC and iRacing: on ACC the 1st stage helps with trailbraking, since I feel it very well when releasing the brake. And just like you said according to this compression enhancer, on iRacing I feel when I'm in hard enough on the brake before being in the lockup zone.
    Of course I paid a shitload more money. Meh 😂😂😂

    • @DanSuzuki
      @DanSuzuki  Рік тому +2

      Maybe? 😅
      The Invicta pedals are amazing pedals, I loved mine and they are a really good one trick pony - I'm just not a fan of this "I need to force my opinion on you" stuff.

      @@DanSuzuki Absolutely... it seems the sim scene becomes more and more elitist, the more diverse the peripherals get... I think its great that there are more and more brands providing stuff for almost all wallets, and almost everything on a high quality level... amazing times 👍

    Solid set of pedals I would say. But for that price, and the VRS as a direct competitor, there are some negative points, that would still drag me to the VRS.
    1. 3D printed parts (kinda cheap for that pricepoint)
    2. Software (Calibration, Quality of Life-functions)
    I think that it might become an overall good product with a bit more time, but right now, I think the VRS are in the lead. (Personal preferences aside).

    • @nicke_nick
      @nicke_nick Рік тому

      The pedals have been around for quite a while. It's not a new product! They're just not insider pedals anymore. The 3d parts you mentioned don't look cheap in real life. Dan has already presented the revised EVOs here.

      @@nicke_nick Good to know, thank you. :)
      I am not up to date when it comes to components that I already have on my rig.
      But: IF they are longer on the market, the software should definately be better and I keep my point, that I don´t want any 3D printed Parts on my stuff in this price-range. These are simple parts and not that expensive made of aluminum or steel.
      It feels like they want to cheap out and maximise their profit, even if it´s not their intention.

    • @perludierende_praesumtion
      @perludierende_praesumtion 9 місяців тому

      @@finnlbrthere is just one guy that is handcrafting them in germany and he is not rich at all. Also he produces only a view of them. 3D printing and no software is win-win, because it reduces the price at no performance loss.
      Handcrafted in Germany with highest durability and performance for that price.. common :D
      I will order them in 1 month
