Here’s some info on the Ascender: 1,500 lbs empty, 2,500 gross weight. 75-100’ takeoff. Basically Super Cub wings.
Really bummed the Ascender interview had no audio recorded. I still thought I’d share the up close views because I think it shows it well, along with the random OSH shots…

Still trying to figure out why someone would want that airplane?? (Ascender) I don't get it. I bet that thing has some serious pitch differences.
It’s definitely something different… The view and STOL capabilities I think is there main focus.
