I appreciate your excellent explanations of the anatomy of movement. I also value short sets that help prevent injury and/or slow deterioration. I had PT for shoulder impingement 2 or 3 years ago that improved movement. Recently, was surprised to find the movement restriction & shoulder pain returning. I will revisit my PT impingement exercises to strengthen & rebalance the shoulder muscles. I plan to incorporate your shoulder set into my PT set for recovery and continue your brief routine afterwards.
