I like that bright red. That's make a great portable shelving unit. I see you had to break out the sheet metal equivalent to duct tape - auto body repair putty (generalized as 'bondo' here in the US as it's one of the oldest and popular brands here.). Rust converter is pretty handy too in this case. It did a nice job here. Great result!

I did a hospital cart just like this a couple years ago. It was sitting in storage for the last 75 years and needed a good tidy and the wheels lubricated. I left the patina on it. I prefer things to have their age and history left alone. I use it in my living room as a side stand. Here in the States they sell a rust to primer converter, it's great for getting rid of rust and stopping it. Good job.
