Are there other viewers here than medicine students?
I find that these digital lectures are of great help for people of the fitness, sport, yoga and dance world.. (and other movement cultures..)
Sharpening our understanding of a joint, how it must move well and its limits, to apply this in daily trainings... 😊 Avoiding injuries..
More body mind connection, more precision in movements

Fantastic tutorial, love the he mentions WHY each structure is present where it is. Simple illustrations and effective use of animations along with a great narration, makes anatomy (blech) a lot more enjoyable to learn

Dozens of videos, and heaps of literature ive been through since i injured my shoulder 01/2021, it's 10/2021 now...... this was one of the best videos ive seen. Super clear, no extra dumb shit just straight buisness.
Still don't know what to do about the pops i have during abduction with external rotation at about 90° sometimes louder than others, typically no pain just feels a lil swole... a site better than it was when i tore the cuff in the beginning, no surgery.... yet.... lol
Great vid tho definitely helped me refresh on ab or ad duction

Thank you so much for your extremely well-presented and conceptually-revealing videos. I really appreciate your taking the time to take a subject that's usually presented as a mass of locations and names to memorize and present it as a conceptually organized whole.

The bicep long head tendon connects directly to the labrum ligament? Or is is attached to the actual bone on the glenoid cavity and also anchored to the labrum for extra support and strength??? It gets confusing since every other tendon and ligament in the shoulder is connected to the bone including the short head bicep tendon from all these research.
