So I feel like Katsu Chicken but I don't have enough oil to fry it on my stovetop. Then I remembered I have an air fryer, so I took it out of storage to use it for 1st time. It didn't come with a cook book, just how to set up and maintain it type of leaflet. So here I am taking notes on what temp to set and for how long. Thank you 🙏
I would recommend placing the chicken in a plastic freezer bag, then using your hand or a plastic mallet to flatten the chicken to make it evenly flat.

Why do you spray it with the oil and can you do it without oil too with the air fryer?
Yeah, u can do it without oil too but I like it extra crispy. I find it slightly dry too if I don't spray a bit of oil. Thanks for watching 😍
