The Durango also seats 7 and only costs $190 more ($91,185 vs $90,995 MSRP) than the Cadillac.

I purchased my 2022 CT5 in August 2022. Saying that my experience owning this vehicle has been a nightmare is an understatement. Here are the list of major repairs/replacements I’ve had within 2 years of owning; Engine Head Gasket, Transmission Transfer Case, entire Transmission assembly, front Seat lumbar units, steering wheel boot, interior door trim panels, O2 Sensors, and so on. All of this has been replaced within less than 2 years of owning this vehicle. I had decided to purchase my first ever car from Cadillac as the brand stood for luxury and reliability. I put my hard earned money, and that too quiet a lot of it, towards this car. If I had known what I was in for, I would’ve went for Cadillac’s competition. It’s a shame because the CT5 is a very good looking vehicle and it drives nice. However the amount of Repairs and unreliability overshadows the whole experience. Looks can be deceiving! If you’re in the market for a new luxury vehicle, I’d take a one good look at this vehicle, admire its good looks, maybe even sit in it or take some photos and then proceed to purchase a German or a Japanese competitor brand!

Just so you know pay attention to the flashing light after they reach a 1/4 mile. Whoever side of the track the flashing light is on is the one who came out on top.
Both run mid 11s stock… surprisingly good matchup IF the DDHC launches well. Top end of the Blackwing is much better so it’s going to be catching up quick at the end and likely getting the win.

I went to Walmart, bought peanut butter and jelly, and a loaf of French bread, drove back to the house made a killer sandwich, but wait! There’s no milk! Back to the store. Got the milk, came back to the house, ate, and these two STILL haven’t lit the 2nd yellow yet…🙁

The caddy is sick but you have to give it to the three row family hauler for moving like that . Sheesh a couple small bolt ons and that Durango will be torching cars left and right . The Cadillac is just classy af though I’d drive it over the Durango all day long .
