Perhaps there's a cultural difference I'm unaware of, but given the expressions of the other patients in waiting, he seems out of touch. Thoughts of arousal, and the wolf or 'predator' that appears later on. They're okay "as long as they don't act up", perhaps means 'act on it'?
Everything is dark and nothing is new. No brilliance or excitement. The disappointment you feel when you finally find answers and they don't live up to your expectations. The man dreams of success/fortune but with no actual plans or means to achieve it. Probably doesn't want to accept the truth.
He's just like everyone else. Nothing special. Nothing exciting.
Well, that was pretty interesting.

Wenn das schon eine deutsche Produktion ist, warum dann nicht wenigstens deutschsprachige Untertitel?
But this is just the English adaptation. Why not watch the original? If you're in Germany I think it should be on filmbildr's channel.
@@dontaylor7315 That's the point. I cannot find a german version of the filmbilder's channel or its videos (exept of TOM). They seem to have just international versions. Or do you have another link?
