- Still not sure what Edition of Granblue Fantasy Relink to buy? In this video I go over all the in game items included in all versions of the game, including pre- order bonus. This includes False Sword of the Apocalypse, Starter Pack, Colour Sets and Pre-Order Packs. Are they worth it? Will you miss out?

Just a friendly PSA that the Starter Item Set ONLY comes in the Special, Deluxe, Digital Deluxe and Collector's Editions.
There are also different physical editons depending on the country/continent.
The only bonus that comes with all versions of the game is Special Item Set which is for the original mobile/browser game.
Think I mixed up Special pack and the starter. Thanks for the clarification.

For the last part how would I be able to get that there wasn't much of a explanation, I'm kinda lost, like do I need to download the mobile game and do something there or do I gotta do it on some website
Did the preorder bonus set come with physical versions, or only with digital pre-orders?

I have it started it, PS5 Standard edition. The preorder bonus was enough. Love this game. I'm huge into grinding and side questing games like this.

just from playing the demo alone has sold me on the game, it very clearly has a lot of heart put into it, thats clear from he get go, whats even better is the fact this is one of the few games anymore to release at 60 dollars

I think I'll go with the standard edition. I do want the colors, but you made a good point how they might just sell them later. If they don't do that and I really want them, I can always upgrade my edition.
You can buy the colors separately, but they are $7.99 per pack or $19.99 for all three.

If you go into your menu and view your party. You can see character details, and one of the options should be 'customize'

I pre-ordered the game on ps5 but I still don't have the pre order set. At which point in the game do I get them?
As soon as you reach the first village and talk to the vendor with the character cards, you should have access.
I noticed the physical day one version of the game also comes with attack III ,Crit III and a few more sigils…. Which sucks cause even if we got the most expensive digital deluxe… we still wouldn’t be able to grab the rewards from the physical day one pack. 😢
The sigils are ok, but I imagine we will be drowning in them by end game. You can also sell sigils, so they must expect this.
Did the preorder bonus set come with the physical version? Or is that digital-only?
The only color pack I feel is worth is the third because it gives Djeeta/Gran Super Saiyan Blue glowy hair and it also looks really good with Zeta.
The first one I really only like on Io so far, gotta unlock the other characters to see. Overall, kind of disappointed. But I got the most expensive version just to support this game and I love artbooks even if they are digital.
Io looks awesome with the red/ black hair. The others I haven't really found one that pops.

Might just be me but including boosts in special editions of games is the weakest incentives for diving into these editions I can think of.... Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth is really bad with this as some of the boosts for the side activities outright break progression with how powerful these boosts are, oh, and that's not including the move of hiding New Game Plus behind the special editions. As much as I absolutely adore the Yakuza franchise, and Infinite Wealth is shaping up to be an incredible entry, scummy practices are scummy practices.
Anyway will be picking this up I think, it's reminding of Tales of Arise, which I loved. Guessing you're grabbing it on PS5? (Going PC myself)
Yeah it's predatory. Including early access for pre order/ Deluxe is shithouse.

If you want to skip some grinding, the 500 mastery points is pretty huge. What region are you in? In Australia it was $99.95 for base game.

Just waiting for the PC version my ps5 can’t handle 4k @120fps plus pc players will start at the same time so its worth the wait.
Luckily the stylised graphics makes it pretty good looking regardless of graphics, but I imagine there will be some slow down on hectic levels later for ps5.

I'm PC and just going for the base version. Frankly the Special version feels like a scam compared to Playstation's. Maybe I missed something between all the different versions (god do I hate this trend) but 20 bucks for just an "item set" seems a bit much and not at all worth it. Really the PC shafting in general has soured me to the game and I don't want to reward them for this behavior.

The in game items aren't worth the price tag, but co op is going to be a lot of fun.

@@LemonEatingKow thats the only part that'll sting since I'm not a ps plus memeber so a whole chunk of content for this game will be locked for me, but its fine since this game will still be rich with stuff to do in single player
yep like i thought the game is cracked and uploaded.
I've waited so long for this game, but after buying it and playing it I have to say this game is not worth the $60 price when this game plays and feels just like Genshin Impact, a free to play game. At most this is a $30 game.
Don't pre-order, it's a garbage practice and a complete scam. And don't support those upgraded scam editions that charge $100+ for useless nonsense. Wait for the game to release, and see how the reviews are.
I tried to suggest the same just with different words ;) if it wasn't for making videos I would never pre order a game.
there has been a demo out and people have put 50+ hours into it, I myself not that many hours but it is a great game
