Make these as shorts!!
How do I simultaneously record two video sources from my local computer (a webcam and a screen capture) in portrait format without needing to do a lot of work "in post" (after the initial recording. I can do a landscape format of the above process in "one take" (one session in front of the computer).
I've been told that OBS is capable of portrait mode and dual video / source feed capture. I'll be looking into that and am open to legitimate advice based on actual experience or expertise. "Ideas" and suggestions are nice but only if actionable (low learning curve, non-excessive time or energy consumption).

@@sign-language not a techie, but I used to use movie maker on MacBook. If you use ANY kind of video editing software, there SHOULD be an option to flip from landscape to portrait and vise versa. You should be able to cut down the length of your videos and upload them as shorts after switching to portrait and saving that new portrait mode to your computer. These dad jokes would make perfect shorts
Did you show the sign for "joke"? Or is it a phrase > "funny story" or something like that?
I do not recall using the sign for "joke" nor "funny story." I basically signed what is on the slides.
During the first slide I added the sign "today" but other than that I followed the slides fairly closely.
