I had a pelvic floor repair 2 months ago.
I went for my 6-week follow-up, and dr gave me the thumbs up after he did some tests.
Having a total hip replacement R, age 66years, I did not exercise because I actually don't know how and what.
I know I need to do exercises and want to do it right. Pls help!!!!!!

Hello, I saw this and thought I could answer as we have helped women with rectocele prolapses. Hypopressives are really effective for rectal prolapses.

Great question. It can depend on a lot of factors like how severe, and what type but many people with prolapse go on to have a second pregnancy and birth without making it worse!

Have you tried Hypopressives? they are very effective at helping prolapses.

No they dont have to stop you. I believe it can actually help.
