Very useful. I see so many parents chasing their kids to feed them and this kids are as old as 3 years old. This is encouraging.
I have seen that too and that's why I wanted it to be different for us. Kids will have bad days now and then, so all we can do is start good habits early on :)
And that's why it's a great idea to follow intelligent and progressive mums like you :-)

That's a good idea for a video, thanks! I use the Babyjogger City mini GT. For me the main feature is being compact and light weight, but I'll address this in detail in a video.

Superedrose05 you could read out loud anything you read, or sing songs. I think they recognize your voice already, so you can tell your baby that you love him/her... Sometimes they respond by kicking and it's such a special feeling! Enjoy your pregnancy!

My baby is turning 6 months old and this video is Very useful ,really appreciate your suggestions. I have a question regarding the pura kiki bottles. Can these bottles be sterilized in an electric sterilizer (we have the philips avent one ). And regarding the feeding spoons ,can these be electric sterilized too ? Thank u
I haven't tried putting these in the electric sterilizer, I pretty much stopped using it after he started solids (I was bfing). But I used to put the pura bottle in boiling water for 5 min once in a few days, same with spoons.

After starting solids, the milk intake is reduced .. 😞😞 really worried about it.. I have it right there but she is not taking feeds efficiently as before.. used to take let downs nicely with the wide jaw movements ..now hardly two or three feeds are good feeds... She is currently seven months week one.
Any tips.

Giving her home made rice cereal, mashed veggies and fruits, sprouted ragi porridge, baby oats, suji
If you really want to breastfeed until one, you can offer milk before solids. That way they fill up on milk first, thats what I did. I would feed when he wakes up and after 1 hour offer solids. But every baby is different, some prefer solids more. Have a chat with your pediatrician to make sure she's growing at a good rate. Do watch my starting solids videos as well.
Feel good mama thanks allot for the reply vidhya..am also doing the same thing, offering it before solids..on the other hand, as u told, every kid is unique.we have to learn and act accordingly..mine won't take feed after sleep.. comes only when she feels hungry as well as sleepy..

At 2 years, I doubt they would want to sit on a high chair. We used a regular dining chair, with the legs raised, and he felt like he was part of the grownups! Try and have meals together if possible.

Could you please confirm if this highchair can be used as floor seat as well or it has to be used with regular chair only
I think it can be used as a floor chair, but it might tip backwards if it is not attached to something.

I used silicone until one year and then switched to stainless steel or silver.
How is luv lap royal high chair ? Why is fisher price better ?

I don't think there will be a problem, unless you need to be away from your baby for a whole day. I didn't bottle feed my son after 6-7 months, and I started using a sippy cup for water. Give her some time to learn and try a few different bottles.

Hey do u have any suggestions for a silicon plate and also storage containers. I live in Mumbai. Also m looking to but a booster seat for my 6 months baby which I can use for feeding and letting her play. As we will be leaving Mumbai I don’t want something too bulky

I had one more query..did you offer diluted vegetable or fruit juice to your baby. How should homemade juices served to 7 months old baby
I don't give him any juices even now. Whole fruits and vegetables (or purees) have fiber and are much better for them.

For the heat sensitive spoons, I used to wash well and dip in hot water once in a while. The silicone ones I sterilize in boiling water along with sippy cups.
