Did not do sleep training, we struggle with sleeping through the night. Some people swear by it, but it was not for us!

Hi Vidya! Great video dear, can you Pls let me know if Philips avent is good. Should we introduce sippers with straw only cos I have heard it might spoil the mouth structure. Is it true?
Straws are better than the baby bottles, and then transition to a regular cup. We had no issues with speech, big talker here!

Hi Vidya , Firstly thank you so much for this video . I was badly looking for baby bottles which is not plastic and which has protective cap and this video helped me choose the right one . But I have a question how do u sterilise these PURA bottles? I have a 13 month old baby . He was breastfed these days and I am planning to start toddler formula for him and I am worried about how to sterilise these bottles . Could you please suggest me on this ?
I just dipped them in boiling water, but not everyday, since we were using them for water mostly.

Hi Vidya, I have been following your journey for the last 1.5 years now. Is it possible for you to do a video on how your son transitioned from being fed to self feeding and when and at what age that happened? We did baby led weaning with my daughter and she was an amazing eater until 9.5 months and now she has completely stopped eating the way she did. She throws all food on floor and takes only 2 bites of any food that I place in front of her. Your comments and advice will be deeply appreciated. Thanks and good wishes from Canada
My son had his phases too, the key is not to push them to eat. We were letting him play with food long before he put anything in his mouth. But only after a year I could say that he's eating substantially. As long as your baby is drinking breastmilk or formula and gaining weight well. Give her lots of options and let her play with it, no pressure. She'll recognize her hunger signals and eat, babies are wired to do that.

Just offer after meals, at this point the hydration still comes mostly from breastmilk or formula, so don't stress. Just have the sippy cup around your baby, eventually she will pick it up.
The Bumkins plate is nice, but my little one has figured out how to remove it from the table and throw it on the floor

My son is currently using the same munchkin 360 cup. What is the stage to transition him out of it ? What is the next stage ? Is it straw cup? He tries to drink from small steel glass but in vain and plays with water.
Have been binge watching all your videos which i missed or few needed to rewatch to handle my 18 month old . All of them are teachings. I feel low of not raising him in a proper respectful manner.(just watched that respecting toddler video) becoming more frustrated handling him.

Regular food, with enough protein like daal, paneer and kidney beans. And good fats like nuts, avocados. Include spinach and other leafy veggies.

He got up to feed every night right until I weaning him at 2 years old! Exhausting!
