Bit of a random suggestion but I think swapping a Sicarian for your Hunter would fulfill the fire support role much more reliably than that Hunter did for you in both the games, the added bonus being how bad ass it would look in your Fist scheme.
Awesome report as always from my two favourite battle rep channels. Unlucky with rolling all those 1's. I would be tempted to go to town with the gladius formarmation with your IF's. All those free transports would really boost the numbers up and if you saturated the table in razorbacks for your small marine squads that is effectively a free extra twin linked heavy bolter to back up each unit of tacticals or measely 20 points for extra lascannon or assault cannon.
i think if you make a display for your armies for the army overview at the start it would make these vids a 12 instead of an 11 out of 10. always gorgeous armies and tables luke as always. nobody has your production quality.

The care and attention to detail demonstrated both in the units of the armies you field to the beautifully crafted terrain adds to the enjoyment. The base boards are stunning. Had flash backs of Pink Floyd with the base of the opening sound track. We always make it a rule to fire the anti-flyer models at flyers before the ground forces fire at them. A good game to watch. Was rooting for the IF's.
Bit late in my comment but only just watched it in full. AWESOME terrain and great players, Lawrence clearly has a long history in 40k battles and Luke has serious love for the game. Great stuff guys best out there by far 😊

Great batrep, always good to see the Nids in action. Apart from the Lib and Terminators your army would fit into a Gladius Strike Force formation nicely with points left over for a small CAD to pick up the Lib & Stormtalons (+ 2 scout units) - more fire power with free vehicles and weapon loads outs. No terminators of course, unless you took assault centurions instead?
Luke, you should do a batrep with winters seo. Both of you are more into the flavour and would produce a 'fluffy' battle. Awesome videos from you and Laurence though
finally a balanced game between you both...but it is amazing how much luck is needed in order to beat Lawrence. Mr. 6s is just amazing! Good game. Well played. Fists showed pugnacity in this game!
Give the Sternhammer detachment from Angels of Death a look. 1+ Core, 0-1 Aux, 0-1 HQ. Twin linked Bolters and Stubborn for the models in your detachment. Makes Sternguard pretty solid.
Wicked bat-rep & v.nice armies, as usual. Probably the best terrain I've seen a bat-rep done on. With terrain like that I would have to bring Lictors. They would have been effective as well as fitting in with the lore well.
Haha perhaps. Maybe some of the wounds the Fist's suffered came from unseen adversaries! "Hmmm, those attacks shouldn't have caused that sort of damage, what's going on!?!?" :D

Dont think it impacted much since you actually rolled the 6 to hit but its worth noting that it wouldnt have been snap firing as you say in this report.
You should definitely do the tutorial, I've been trying for ages to work out/find out how to make decent looking palm trees! These look so much better than any store bought trees!
Great game Luke, close against an optimised list. Although I loved the imagery of the Hunter missile chasing the Hive Tyrant down maybe you should paint up the Stalker turret and use that instead of the Hunter if you know you're up against multi-wound rather than AV? Also potentially the humble bolter even with bolter drill just isn't causing the damage you need, i.e. time to wheel out a Thunderfire cannon in exchange for possibly a combat squad and rhino...Or, to the extreme, instead of 1 tactical squad and Rhino take 3 (yes three) Whirlwinds! Taking 3 of the humble Whirlwinds will give each pinning and shred and give you 3 barrage pie plates a turn for low cost! And they will fit into a Fists theme... Any thoughts on upgrades/changes so far...?

Any chance you could post or send a link to where you got trees and foliage please? If you did not make them yourself. They are stunning and make for some beautiful jungle terrain.
I dig it. I have a few points of feedback. I really love your IF force, but I think it would be served well with either a Land Raider, or a Stormraven. Something to move your terminators around with. I personally think that centurions are overrated, but that may just be me. You present a threatening line, but getting some more TL lascannon/melta weaponry on the board always helps. Do you not use Mysterious Objectives? I know they are kind of a hassle, but they are also crucial to success in objective based games. Giving your centurions skyfire, for instance, would have made them a considerably more functional unit. I know the rest of the MO bonuses are kind of useless, but I don't play without them because of the skyfire roll alone. Finally, I think that your conceding at the top of 6 was kind of unsportsmanlike, in terms of then calculating points. Without a counter turn 6, the tyranids didn't have a chance to fly over and kill your fragile landspeeder squad for line breaker, and counter line break for a 2 point swing. I know it is a friendly game, but in a tournament I would demand my responsive turn 6. Superfun game, though. Thanks!

Could you have tank shocked with the Rhino at the end to get out of combat and get a more secure position on the objective? If so it might have swung the game.
hey guys good game, wonder how the new FAQ will effect your future games. In this one however you forgot that ranged attacks that auto hit can never be snap fired example psychic scream which is a nova that is a ranged attack that auto hits.
At 30:30 Carnifexes have 3+ armour not 2+ so it should have only been 3 wounds which might have saved it since he passed 3 cover saves. beautiful board and armies though
