where did you get the bushing press tool? makes it look easy. Is it expensive?
I only managed to get one bushing on with the c clamp tool from advance auto. It's a PITA

It’s just a long bolt with a nut and big washers basically. Btw I’ve made one side from a thicker piece with a groove for the bushing to sit in. You can still able to do it without but it makes the process easier.

Damn I'm two years late apologies buddy. My friend helped me with a lathe but you can try doing it with an angle grinder or a dremmel. They dont have to be deep grooves.

No. All metal sleeves of the oem bushing were removed.
