All the that work, time, money and the rotors. Solid sub frame - nails in a coffin. Where is Justin's 240?? Ground up completed? or grounded and forgotten. After 4 years I can't wait any longer! I like the videos and projects you guys do great work. No hate just
Don't know why I didn't think about a pulley puller before for the knuckle and control arm bushings, makes life a lot easier! It's also staggering seeing the full parts layout and how much work/funds went into this... then you realize that was just suspension and probably only ~1/4 of the costs so far!
@@factionmotorsports THANK YOU. I wasn't subscribed and didn't get around to watching ep3+! I would have missed it if you didnt reply. Sub'd! Cheers! Also shoutout to the bushing burp at 9:59
@@factionmotorsports thank you as well. I enjoy anyone willing to wrench. Even more so to take the extra time to film and edit. Your work is appreciated.
Bro how can I get sponsors for my bone stock s13? I saved up money but spent it on my wedding instead. Saved up money again and found out we are having twins, they came in very premature and my wife had to leave her job to take care of the twins while I worked. It ain't been easy but I doubt I'll be able to save up money anytime soon for the car. Babies are expensive, but love my twins to death, best thing to ever happen to me outside of meeting my wife. Thanks to this channel for the inspiration
@@SuperMaxCarp Congrats on the twins, thats really cool. Sponsors (or working partners) are not easy to find because nobody wants to give you stuff for putting a sticker on your car. I work 7 days a week for my partners and its becoming more of a full time job even though I am still at school a studying for my GCSEs. If you are interested in how I managed to get lots of amazing working partners I did make a vid in it. good luck and let me know if you have any more questions, I am always happy to help.
Just what the owner wanted at the time. As long as the extension isnt over the top in length then you should be fine. I think this extension was a little bigger than S14 OEM length. That being said, I would personally try to keep stock s13/14 arms as well - Frankie
Excuse me but can someone explain me what these rubber rings are (looks like a Tube for a bike???) what he uses at 8:38 is it because of the stretch? never seen that
Dope video , def going to replicate this on mine this season. What was that technique used with mounting the tires and the inner tube? Yall tube your tires ?
what size fuel cell or tank are you going to use? im thinking about putting a 12gallon fuel cell in my s13 but not sure if i should go larger or not. LS2 swapped with T56 trans is getting put into it now.
Not if you are trying to stay on a budget and keep everything simple. OEM components are perfectly capable for what we need them to do. This whole series is really about using OEM parts and sticking to quality aftermarket when needed!

3/4 impact thick socket on the puller works amazing to push the bushings out.
Man hope you get more recognition quick alot better camerawork and content involved
Part 3 any time soon? I plan on doing this. I already have my subframe out.
@Clarissa Latner sure, go try and scam somewhere else.
This thing is gonna be rad. Please keep it red.
maybeeeee
Everytime you open a diff and removing parts, you must do bearings preload!
Great video
Very nice, well put together
thanks, could be better but the videographer is new to this
Good to see good preparation on the engineering side of things.

I belive we got a rough number for this car without labor and it was around 20-30k not including the car.

I assume that that subframe going back into the chassis is an S14 as it’s superior to the S13 version, yes?
Loving your channel. My sponsors are building me a ps13 for the 2020 season. I can’t wait to get behind the wheel.
Hell yea! Excited to drive as well. This is one of the 5 cars we need to get ready for this season

@@MaxCotton thanks for much. I appreciate the help. Keep doing what you do bro, good luck with school and car career.
Thanks @@SuperMaxCarp 👍
The right way todo it 👌🏼🇬🇧
Why did you guys extend the lower control arms? I thought B Knuckle was designed to use stock control arm length.

this thing is gonna be siiiiick
KILBURRGGGGGGGGGG
Wish I had a team like this to build cars with 😖
great video, keep going!
Thank you! We listened lol

Exactly! Helps seal the gap while air is being added.
Nice video! Deff learned some tricks.
Good stuff.
Thanks uncle phill!
Watching Justin makes me go from 6 to midnight
In for the rest of the build!

Very well done, boys 🤘🏼
Whats the part number for the rear moog ball joint? Thanks!
Maybe I missed it but what are the wheel specs?

We will try to post a separate video about that later in the year. Follow our instagram! Its a trick to stretch tires.
Hey great video. Is this car done yet??
Check our newest video in the series to see where it got left off. Still need exterior work.

No sure what was used, sorry!

wheres episode 3?

I got a 15 gallon but after talking to a couple pros a 10 gal is enough if its just a track car. It's a weight game.
song @2:16?
move forward steering rack location?
We did not relocate the rack on this one but that is an option.
10:00 that burp 🤣🤣
Where’s ep 3??
Nice content thing must
Feel like a brand new car aye?
Wouldn’t it make more sense to replace all that oem garbage for pbm suspension components?

Wanting to do a project turbo 240 during this quarantine but I gotta try and convince my parents to let it sit in the driveway😭

Peep the subie engine in the back… RIP

On episode 100million we restore the 240 to oem lmao 😂
