Have flown CX in business several times in and out of ORD & JFK; never had a bad trip. The best lounge I've ever visited is The Pier at HKG, better than anything I've been to at LHR, SIN or even DOH. The Wing does offer great plane spotting though from the bar.

Yes economy has an amenity kit but not the same as in business class 😊
They need to upgrade the 777ER aircraft to the Airbus. The seat and amenities is aged and very uncomfortable for a 15 hours flight
Agreed. They did upgrade their economy class product on some of the 777ER aircraft though.
