Well to be fair, it is a very very rare piece, it's just that the expert is right, before it might go up in auction for 30K, but as time past by less people knew Frank Sinatra and less and less became a fan, so that time a last sold piece of a frank Sinatra did go for 1,500-1,700 range so yeah.
It seems absurd when they say an item is worth even less than it was years or even decades ago, because it can only be more and more rare as time goes on.
