Great explanation! But why take such a human centric view and not think about all sentient beings? When it comes to helping others, non humans need it more sometimes as they can't even ask for it.

Basic fundamentals for Karam yoga is that your doing should go. That does not mean you will not do things, you will do things but they will not be fulfilments of your ego. They will be spontaneous and you will rejoice in doing them. If you have been able to let the recognition go, the doing go, release the doer also, but that does not mean that you will become lazy. Laziness is simply dullness, it is stupidity. But let-go is the greatest quality a man can achieve. Relaxation is one of the most beautiful experiences, which can bring you so many gifts from the beyond that you are absolutely unaware of. Relaxation, non-doing don't disturb at all; but makes your life more creative, rather than being more productive. Creativity happens in state of let-go; productivity needs tension, anxiety, a doer, ego, recognition. Creativity needs no recognition, no ego, no doer - just the shear joy of creating.

Sir I cannot understand the concept. In bagawath githa krishna says no one can leave without doing karma even for a minute. So aspect of karma is not serving. Seriving others is not selfless action. Because if we serve thinking that we are doing karma yoga and we have a desire for YOGA (divine union) . That indeed is a selfish action its not selfless action.
Even breathing with awareness that I am not the doer is karma yoga.
This video was just a casual way to explain ultimate yoga.
You use to explain much much deep than this.
Sorry if my ignorance is reflecting as ego to comment on the imperfection

Abhishek Menon Brother..Yaa I can understand what are u trying to say..but If we think more deeply ..U will come to know that .. Serving humanity as well as realising Our nature both should be done simultaneously..And I can assure U that ..Person in the mode of goodness doesn't think that For his benefit he is serving people..They just do it in a flow..and the ultimate result of that is Great..So actually Good person ..whose intention from soul is that to serve humans..to be good..At first Think of others.. whatever be the result..They just do der karma..(Even if in explanation U found somewhere that ..This is like selfishness indirectly..But actually it's selfless action..)..

My opinion is - knowingly/unknowingly.. You are already started serving Humans
for example.. while.. Buying food from others, Paying rent to others, donating money to others(temple.. etc).. serving your blood relation people..

These are interpretations. One can interpret it different manner. Maybe what you (and others) interpret is based on your thinking of how society must be. But its not what Krishna really meant. He was talking to a King and seeing him lose confidence to Win a Battle showed him the right way to behave to Win the battle. It was Not about Charity or Sosialism instead about Winning mindset.
