I wear the same thing to work every day. I am a back office worker so I don't see clients, I wear a black dress slacks and black slacks. It makes life so much easier not to think about what I'm going to wear. I own 5 of the same black shirts and the same with the slacks. I like uniform dressing. On the weekends depending where I'm going I wear it also, but sometimes stick with jeans and a tee shirt. No need to stress about what I'm going to wear each day.
Dress with less is best, less stress...

It’s an attractive philosophy & approach, I get that. My only problem with it is that it removes one of the few ways we can express ourselves in this world we are in. It can reflect your mood which for me changes daily. One day, my favourite t shirt, jeans & trainers does me great. Another day, my suit I worked hard to pay for, gives me back something on the v rare occasion I wear it. Occasionally someone will notice & comment. These small things can help get through difficult times especially if you enjoy making the choices.
Well, then it's not for you. And there's nothing wrong with that :)

Deciding what to wear causes anxiety, that is why they choose the same.clothes, no need to worry about what i am wearing.

I would maybe consider doing this but not exact so for example not every button down shirt is plaidAlso I would just pick the top item or the closest instead of trying to decide they by day which one I would wear

Dressing is headache and waste of energy. Also too much choices cause anxiety when you have some other vision. Although dressing is key aspects of any personality, but it doesn't reflect their inner being hence do not judge based on clothes. If you feel, someone is not dressed properly it doesn't mean they are careless. It maybe they want to be slightly free wrt to dressing. Typically, eCommerce and marketing channels created the havoc and attached specific image wrt suitable dressing. As long as you are following hygiene and your clothes are washed, that's fine. More you fall into fashion trend our mind starts judging everyone based on clothing only not based on their inner self or behaviors. #creativewingsbysonal
