A little bittersweet for the end-of-the-year wrap-ups to be coming to an end. 🥺I know folks who have watched beauty youtube for ages can relate! I think the note about the "little things" was important. Appreciating things like that really adds up & make a fuller life. My product like that is the Nyx Soft Matte Lip Creme in Teddy Fluff (found on this channel)! On my skin tone it's the *perfect* deep-ish slightly warm 90s nude, it smells good, and it just that makes me happy to wear. 🖤 Happy New Year to Andrea & anyone reading this! 🥳

The tatcha silk canvas primers both the liquid and the balm depending on what my skin needs that day and the humidity or dryness in the weather that day

Natasha Denona i need a nude palette, midi xenon palette, mini starlette palette and even though I didn’t receive it till today i did buy it in 2023 - the mini my dream palette

Natasha Denona’s concealer is THAT GIRL. She never creases, she never cracks, she never crumbles. I barely have to set her and she stays pretty and smooth. We love her!
Enjoyed the list! I appreciate your focus on the best of drugstore all year long. I buy mainly high end makeup, but I buy holy grail drugstore when I find something exceptional, and your channel is what I follow for favs/fails. Here is a crazy example: my ride or die mascara is the original Maybelline Great Lash, applied over Chanel's Le Base mascara primer. I know it makes 0 sense financially to top a $5 mascara over a $27 lash primer 😂, but the Great Lash turns into even more Greatness. 😊

I am a high end makeup person so am glad you split the videos. I love the Too Faced blushes, I normally do not buy from Too faced as I don't really like all those scents but the blushes were lovely. The Natasha Denona concealer and lip liners, and ABH Cosmos palettes were my favourite purchases this year

OMG I am OBSESSED with the urban decay liquid liner since I am HORRIBLE at liquid liner, but THIS was a game changer,and okkkkk I may have to try that fenty liner too….. and sadly and I mean SO SO SADLY that the summer Fridays lip butter balm broke me out, I bought it because of the hype, and then it broke me out 😢, I REALLY wanted to love it

I think some of my favorites are the milani cheek kiss blushes, the supercharged undereye tint, and also the elf lash and roll mascara
I only bought one eye shadow palette this year. The Dior Silver Essentials because I loved the Backstage Cool palette so much. I like a more of a subtle shimmer. I am tempted by the Natasha Denona palette though. Her midi Retro is one of my most used palettes.
i have rheumatoid arthritis and the urban decay eyeliner is my favorite!

I’m usually a drugstore girlie (NYX Bear with Me Serum concealer was my go to before) but decided to give the ND one a go since ev1 was raving about it. It is worth the hype and the $$. I will def repurchase, but will probably wait for a sale 😂 I always love to see what your faves are and I trust your recommendations 😊. Always love your recommendations! I love the summer fridays balm, I bought the Natasha palette and the rare beauty highlighter because of you during the Sephora sale. Totally agreed that the RB highlighters shatter so easily 😢 mine already broke!
😭😭😭 They are seriously so fragile! I thought the Becca highlghters broke easily back in the day but these are way worse.
My top faves this year: are the laneige lip glowy balm, rare beauty blush, urban decay moondust eyeshadows. I own multiple of each of them, and would replace them in a heartbeat if I lost them!

I think I'm the only person that hates the Summer Friday's lipgloss. It dries my lips out, so bad.. 😭 same experience with the loved Refy lipgloss.

The too faced blush was so patchy on me but i think it was the color watermelon rain i think. I'm really fair and it's really pigmented.

Because this is your mom, make it a lipstick she would love to pull out of her purse in a ladies' room. For this, I would suggest Chanel Rouge Coco Flash, or Chanel Allure (satin, not velvet), or YSL Rouge Pur Couture, or Hermes Rose Balm, or Chantecaille Lip Veil. Order from someplace offering samples!

There is absolutely a difference in the brown and black Too Faced formulas. I hate the original because it flakes and smudges and clumps. The brown never does and is one of my favorite mascaras. It is so pretty. I wear it all the time.

I'm not sure If this is the same video or not I watch alot of yours you said the Urban decay eyeliner was great and you wanted to buy some of the colorful ones I purchased one yesterday TOTAL waste of money 0.01 fluid oz that'd be why they're drying out fast now o have to drive 2 hours away to return your viewer take what u say to heart I'm highly disappointed 😢😢😢😢
I've actually been saying this eyeliner has lasted longer than any of other liquid liners so I'm surprised your eyeliner dried out so fast! If you just purchased it yesterday and it's already drying out it definitely sounds like you got a bad one. Either way, I'm sorry to hear it didn't work you! It truly has been one of my favorite products of 2023 and I've had mine since the spring and it's still going strong so it's crazy we've had such different experiences!
